Tata AIG Insurance — harassing customers | |
My claim registered no. Is [protected]a and my policy no is kb241916. I went to australia on holiday and there my kidney failed suddenly and i was admitted in icu from 10 january to 17 january. I have submitted all the bills thru email and also thru courier but they went on harassing me. They told me to fill up kyc form which also i did. They also told me to submit last 4 yrs medical report which also i had sent thru courier. They asked me to send cancelled cheque, photo, pancard copy and passport copy that also i did still they put blame on me that i have signed the documents and went on making bahanas. I also sent them discharge letter that also they told me to resent. How many times i have sent the invoices thru emails thru courier but still they said it is not correct. I m shocked tata aig is behaving in this manner and spooling their name. They don’t even know different countries have different method of hospital bills. I also told them if the amount is beyond limit u can give as per your limits but sorry to say the staff is not educated. Was this information helpful? | |
