[Resolved] Tata Communications — Bill Paid but getting emails indicating that the bill is due for an account closed six years back | |||
Hi, My Broadband account was closed about 6 years ago and I am getting emails from [protected]@gmail.com that I have bill pending I need to make the payment at the earliest. I am not sure why there is no tata communications domain name at the end of the email address? I am trying to get to the customer care and all they are telling me is that the application is down and they cannot help me. Please confirm if the above mentioned email address belongs to Tata communications or its collection agency & if any ammount due on the account number ACC[protected] Regards, Ritesh Chavan Was this information helpful? | |||
