Tata Communications — Not accepting return of product. | |
Order ID:[protected] I had purchased a Milagrow Seagull vacuum cleaner from Tata cliq. After delivery, I tried it and found issues which includes: 1. I tried it in kitchen for 2-3 times and everytime it got stuck near some cabinets making noise. Manual intervention was required. 2. I tried it in my balcony after removing all the obstacles and even after 30 hours, there were large spec of dirt, twig in the center of the balcony. I called Tata cliq team to initiate the return. They asked me to contact Milagrow team and get a jobsheet. The Milagrow team mentioned they cannot provide it. I sent email with Milagrow and TataCliq customer support in the mail asking for them to resolve the issue and settle things over mail for all required documents. No one replied. Every return request till date has been cancelled. Its been over a month of continuous calling, mailing with no result. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
