Dear manager/officer, I am availing a tata indicom broadband Facility (Billing header says tata docomo broadband bill); my detail are as given below, User name: chinmay satbhai ([protected]@vsnl.net) I am unable to avail internet facility from many days. Waiting for your immediate corrective action. It had been very bad service from your end. On top of it, i am not getting any reply from the customer care. Thus, i declare that if i do not get any reply within next 7 day i consider that tata communications is not going to any further services. Also, from the day my services were stopped, i am not going to pay any bills. If the company is trying to stop the services it should first give us the notice and return back our security deposit.
