Tata Croma — Cancel my order on same date voucher amount was refunded but yet to receive my upi amount

April 2nd i was ordered the AGARO Regal 800W Car Vacuum Cleaner with Multipurpose Cleaning Brush (Durable ABS & Compact Body, Black) product, and i analysed the product noyt suitable for my car so i was cancelled the product on same day. mode of payment 1400 from voucher ( 3 vouchers), i rs for new coin, 292 for UPI mode.

after cancel i got voucher amount 1400 and 1 rs newcoin. yet to receive my upi amount 292.

while i asked customer care executive, they told within 5- to 7 working days, but yet to receive my money..

now i spoke[protected] one executive he is mislead me. his name usman,

meanwhile i called my number they didn't connect to customer care executive so i called my wife number ([protected]) .
they connected the call..
