Tata Docomo — 3g services not activated | |||
I purchased 1299 plan postpaid connection on[protected]. I purchased from local agent of jalandhar. I paid him 700 rs. 500 rs as security and rest as activation charges. I gave him copy of driving license, ID card and letter head of indian overseas bank where i am presently working. I mean to say i completed all the mandatory formalities. My plan of rs 1299 consists unlimited local and std calling, up to 2gb - 3G internet and unlimited 2G internet usage. but my 3G services are not activated, i called customer care 3 times complaining about, but all the times they transferred my call to different person, but other persons also not helped me. I have called docomo agent many times, earlier he use to say it will get activate in sometime but now he is not picking up my call. I am regularly visiting Docomo store situated at Ramamandi, Jalandhar, but still my issue is not resolved. Now i am totally dissatisfied and frustrated. Other details are: Name: Varun Utreja Mo.
