Tata Docomo — non availability of sim for replacement

Sir, i am a long time costumer of tata docomo since last 10 years. But i am facing a big trouble from last 3 days because of your poor teleservice. My mobile had theft on 29/09/18. From that day i am not getting any blank sim for replacement, in any retail counter/tata docomo office of my locality {j. K. Road, jajpur, odisha.}. So kindly suggest me how can i get a new sim of the same number.
