[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Not deactivating my account, extending deactivation date to charge extra rental

Dear Sir/Madam,

i have applied for deactivation of my tata photon plus no [protected] with immediate effect on Dec 03, 2016. I am not agreed to continue service during closure request. i have stopped working on tata photon plus from dec 03, 2016. But, i got information from photon customer care that my account will be deactivated from Dec 09, 2016 as per email communication.

Now, they have extended for one more week i.e. deactivation date Dec 13, 2016. Please deactivate my number ASAP and stop billing from Dec 03, 2016.I am not able to pay your rental bill for non uses of services.

Anyway, i am not using tata photon plus from Dec 03, 2016. Why i should pay extra rental amount from Dec 03- Dec 09 or extending till Dec 13, 2016 etc for your process of closure. Please refer all the email communication attached here.

Dear Sir/Madam, not resolved but customer care of tata DoCoMo's marked resolved. i have complaint regarding false bill generation and not deactivating internally my account dated Dec 13, 2016 motive to cheat customer.Finally, they have generated false bill in planned manner and charged extra rental after disconnection processed(received reply on dec 13, 2016 by email & sms) on Dec 13, 2016. We can file any number of complaint and send request but they are master in this area (cheating, bluffing customer or charging extra as much as possible if you have applied for specially closing postpaid account). We can say that now a days this is tata model of business. We tried to reach you at your number, however the number was not responding. Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was disconnected on 13-DEC-2016 with the reference number[protected] registered on 06-DEC-2016 and you will receive your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 05-DEC-2016 to 12-DEC-2016 with an amount of Rs. 322(Appox). The same will be delivered to your registered email ID within 3 days from the date of bill generation. The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 1424 and due date is 24-DEC-2016.

It is not solved till date Jan 21, 2017. My connection was not disconnected on Dec 13, 2016. My connection was active till Jan 02, 2017 to generate false bill and suspended on Jan 03, 2016 as per email from your customer service. I do not understand the motive of false communication by you and your customer care. (refer email below)

I have already sent email for E-bill modification on Jan 10, 2017. I have
applied for connection closure on Dec 06, 2016 and I did not use data
(internet uses 0 MB) between Dec 05, 2016 to Jan 04, 2017. Please remove
the extra rental charges added in E-bill statement dated Jan 07, 2017 as
per your promise during our telephonic conversation on Jan 06, 2017.

Could you please send me modified E-bill so that i can pay total actual due
amount ASAP?
