[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not deactivating my account, extending deactivation date to charge extra rental | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, i have applied for deactivation of my tata photon plus no [protected] with immediate effect on Dec 03, 2016. I am not agreed to continue service during closure request. i have stopped working on tata photon plus from dec 03, 2016. But, i got information from photon customer care that my account will be deactivated from Dec 09, 2016 as per email communication. Now, they have extended for one more week i.e. deactivation date Dec 13, 2016. Please deactivate my number ASAP and stop billing from Dec 03, 2016.I am not able to pay your rental bill for non uses of services. Anyway, i am not using tata photon plus from Dec 03, 2016. Why i should pay extra rental amount from Dec 03- Dec 09 or extending till Dec 13, 2016 etc for your process of closure. Please refer all the email communication attached here. not resolved but customer care of tata DoCoMo's marked resolved. i have complaint regarding false bill generation and not deactivating internally my account dated Dec 13, 2016 motive to cheat customer.Finally, they have generated false bill in planned manner and charged extra rental after disconnection processed(received reply on dec 13, 2016 by email & sms) on Dec 13, 2016. We can file any number of complaint and send request but they are master in this area (cheating, bluffing customer or charging extra as much as possible if you have applied for specially closing postpaid account). We can say that now a days this is tata model of business. Now, customer care of tata tel are singing in diffent tune(not able to find out disconnection service request number 560523223).Please check email (below) reply from [email protected]

We got your email on 18-JAN-2017 regarding disconnection and bills of your Photon number 9212708371.
Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was permanently disconnected on 06-JAN-2017 & the billing was already stopped on 03-JAN-2017 due to non payment with the reference number 564168269 registered on 06-JAN-2017 and you had received your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 15-DEC-2016 to 02-JAN-2017 with an amount of Rs. 401.36.
We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/request for disconnection of photon service. Hence, you had billed as per your tariff plan irrespective to the usage.
The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 1825 and due to be paid at earliest to avoid payment reminders.
We have also enclosed the bill for the month of DEC, 2016 and JAN, 2017.

Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was disconnected on 13-DEC-2016 with the reference number[protected] registered on 06-DEC-2016 and you will receive your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 05-DEC-2016 to 12-DEC-2016 with an amount of Rs. 322(Appox). The same will be delivered to your registered email ID within 3 days from the date of bill generation. The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 1424 and due date is 24-DEC-2016.
