[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — not porting the phone number

I have taken two tata docomo postpaid sims. After taking sim service was not proper near my office & home so i have decided port or deactivate the numbers completely.

I want to move out of tata docomo postpaid connection. Every time i call customer support they will say pay the due bills then we will initiate the process, but after paying the due bills they are not initiating the mnp (Mobile number portability). Tata docomo is not providing any way to move out of network and keep generating bill even though we are not using number to call/receive/any other.

Please help me to solve the issue
