I am a customer of docomo since min. 3 yrs and writing you for refund of wrong deduction for use internet. I have recharged my number at 9:24 pm 28.11.17. After get recharged my balance was rs.40.00. On next day i have been charged rs. 40 for using internet without get the data switch on in my phone.
My mobile no. Is [protected]. Please help to get back my money of wrong deduction as soon as possible otherwise i have to port my sim.

    As per ur new model service is very worst, ur saying take every 3 months new model bt in ur every model is faulty pic not working and its worst service od every model which ever we have purchase from ur store,
    So pls check the model and revert a mail take action on high priority. And as per yuor commitment u told that payment will be refund bt still we have not received payment, pls check and take action on high priority asap.

      I am using a prepaid tata docomo from last 7 years. I am using international roaming from last 10 months. I was able to receive the otp and other promotional messages. Recently i was not able to receive. There was no communication about this restriction before. No sms received for blocking or alert so that i can arrange to continue.       We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in active status only. However, as you have mentioned that you are not getting signals. Hence, we request you to re-insert the SIM in any other handset and select network manually as Tata Docomo. If still face the concern kindly visit any of the nearest Tata Docomo outlet along with the SIM for further assistance of your concern. Kindly note that, if there is any concern (fault) with the SIM, you can get the with the same number (Duplicate SIM) for Rs.49/- on submission of POA(Aadhaar Card) at the Tata Docomo store. However the balance & validity will be carry forwarded and the duplicate SIM will be activated with in 3hrs.
      From one week there is no network in my cell on my Docomo number my number is [protected] either resolve this issue otherwise I hv to register complaint in TARAI

        I taken plan of 3g pack (79). And i'm getting the speed of 2g when i m playing games net connection is cut of by itself. First i see the h+ or 3g when start playing online games suddenly net speed goes down to 2g and after that net connection cut of i loose many trophies by the net lag plz do anything about it and other wise i will port my no to other company

          I want to convert my mini sim to nano sim.

            I am at Dubai - UAE. I am getting etisalat network in dubai to receive incoming SMS.

            Here I am receiving SMS very late minimum 10 mins delayed. This is causing the issue while receiving OTP.

            Note : No SMS is getting missed out. So request you to please look into this matter.

                My a/c no is[protected]. Before 10th august my total outstanding amount is rs 5045/-. I got call from your tata docomo representative and she told me to pay 4010/- and remaining amount which is rs 1035/- will be discount for me if i paid on 10th of august that i paid on same day.
                After that i got 5-6 calls which is for paying remaining amount that is rs 1035/- than i told that just check the call on date 10th august your representative told to pay only 4010/- and then call me back. Not a single person replied me for that issue.
                And now they send me a legal notice for that to pay rs 1035/-.
                So who is responsible for that and what i have to do now.

                Till date no any update on this issue. and yesterday I received anther Legal Notice. its very funny. Just I ask only one question, but Tata Docomo customer care fail so many times.

                I received only one call saying that your problem will solved soon.
                Even I mail to (Rishikesh Bhale ) he is Manager - CLCM - RWLN but he didn't reply me. Lets see how Docomo persons treat costumers.
                After this I mail again is as follow,

                Dear Sir,
                Form yesterday I calling to "Mr.Santosh Bamne (Mob . No [protected] )" but Miss Sansukuti Sonawane picking the call and specking so rudely and not answering properly. I called yesterday two time and requested to please solve this issue. she told me she will search and reply me back but she didn't reply me by call. than she told me to mail the issue that I do but I didn't get any reply from anyone. Even I called today also asking what happen about my issue then she didn't tell me any thing than I ask to give a call to her senior Mr Santosh Bamne but she refuse by saying he is not there I am the senior person not Mr. Santosh Bamne.
                Even 1000 rs is not a big amount but I wnt to know why TATA DOCOMO representative told me Rs 1035/- is discount and why she didn't close this matter on 10th of August.
                As previously Docomo Representatives promised me to give discount of Rs.1035 if I pay Rs. 4010 on 10th of August. I have done the same thing. And if they have not proceeded for giving discount and closure of account then its not my problem. Even after that I was kept on receiving call from Docomo Representatives to pay Rs. 1035. And now they sent me legal notice. If I am wrong then plz check all calls regarding this connection in detail since connection we have taken from TATA Docomo. All the calls must be recorded. Then let me know If I am wrong.

                Let the Docomo people know to go by their words.


                So I am requesting to Mr. Rishikesh Bhale to see in to this matter and revet me back.

                    not porting the phone number

                    I have taken two tata docomo postpaid sims. After taking sim service was not proper near my office & home so i have decided port or deactivate the numbers completely.

                    I want to move out of tata docomo postpaid connection. Every time i call customer support they will say pay the due bills then we will initiate the process, but after paying the due bills they are not initiating the mnp (Mobile number portability). Tata docomo...

                    I am A.K. Verma, Sr. Audit officer, o/o the Accountant General Sikkim, Gangtok. I had taken Tata Docomo NO. [protected] from Big Bazar Gangtok. I had Rs 2750 under future pay wallet in the same number. Unfortunately I got misplaced the mobile cem alongwith the mobile during first week of october 2017.I rushed to Big Bazar for change of mobile no. of vallet. They told to take same number sim from TATA Docomo for the credit of money in Future pay waLLET. I applied for the same no from tata Docomo Centre at Big Bazar Siliguri enclosing Adhar Card, and FIR copy on 28 th October 2017. They given me Docomo Cem stating that the connection will be activated with in 7 days.But even after lapse of approx. one month the same has not been activated. Hence it is requested to activate my Docomo connection as early as possible to save future pay wallet money.

                      We are using tata pri line with a/c no[protected], latest reference no[protected] dated - 13/04/2017.

                      In the month of oct & nov 2016, our office was closed for diwali festival from 30th oct to 1st nov 2016 and also sunday of nov 2016 was closed. On these days isd calls have been shown in our bill dated 08/11/2016, which is unethical and incorrect. We have been charged excess of rs.33, 713/-. As our line got disconnected due to over credit limit we had to pay it immediately to start the line.

                      But since oct 2016 we are doing continuous followups with tata (Mailed upto nodal & appellate team), they are not resolving our issue and doing waive off of this excess amount. After asking for recordings of the wrongly billed date they are not providing any data which clearly shows that they are cheating us.

                          I took from tata docomo 140 series numbers, i deposited 50k money in tata, due to some personal reason i close my numbers.. But past 3 months onwards i called to tata docomo customer care and lot send mail to tata for my refund amount of my deposit money. But still i dint get cheque, every time take compliant n 15 working days extended to do solve my problem, every time same repeated..
                          Please kindly solve my problem, send refund amount..

                            My tata docomo broadband plan is dsl ds-212-b3g1f-399 advance rental plan. I had paid advance rental charges for the period dt. 24/03/2017 to 23/07/2017. Now i want to discontinue broadband connection so that i don't want to pay the advance rental for the period from 24/07/2017 to 23/11/2017 and i had contacted to customer care through email for discontinuation of connection but customer care is sending me messages and phone calls every day for paying bill for the period which i don't want to use. My broadband connection is already barred from last three months.

                              I have uses a docomo number from 2009 to 2017 untill last two months without any prior message they have blocked my number and i have called the customer care they have told me that proof has been missed so customer care person said go and give your proof nearby docomo store i have searched nearly 4 stores by looking at the google most of the store has been permanently closed and i went thiruninravur docomo store they are saying no we are going to close the store so you better go to annanagar store at last i went over there they checked the number and said that your number has been blocked due to less usage i have said that please renew my number. They checked and told me that now it is free only, but we can't able to renew at this time it will take nearly 10 days. After ten days i went and asked them they told, still it is not available, later i asked the concerned person mr kumaran he told that ill call, and then you come. After 5days i asked him he told the same answer after that i have called him he din attend the call and i messaged him no reply still now i'm calling him but he is refusing to take the call. I really want to know something this is the way you really treat the old customer. Some body is saying that docomo network is going to get closed so they are doing like this. Now i'm kindly asking your network just get back my old number. If you are not willing to give preference for your old customer tell them to do mobile number portability to some other network. Due to this i have spent time, money and my work is also got waste i was totally desperated with your service. Kindly get back my number that itself enough for me. Thank you

                                This it to inform you that i have already requested tata docomo to close my
                                Connection and hopefully they did it (As i got the message of closing the
                                Account) and now they will not change the statement. Earlier in the month of
                                July/august i have requested to change my plan to change to 1 gb one. Just
                                To make it sure i called them again after some days, they said that they
                                Could not do this because of some technical problem at their end. When i
                                Escalated this matter to customer care department again, they asked me to
                                Pay according to the plan of 1 gb data. But later tata docomo has sent me
                                Higher amount bill as previous plan which was shocking to me. However they
                                Again promised me that they will adjust it. But was height of carelessness
                                And ignoring the customer wish by sending another next month bill of 407/-
                                Inr which is not as per the lowest plan i request to tata docomo company. I
                                Feel cheated and and extremely disappointed by this kind of poor services.
                                In result, i also ended up wasted a lot of my precious time talking to the
                                Customer care, escalating same matter again through email. You must be
                                Having the recording of all of my conversations, which you can listen.
                                Kindly look at the matter and remove the extra cost imposed by you
                                Unnecessarily for 2 months, else i would seek justice by other means.

                                  I am using tata docomo from the time it has been launched.
                                  From last month i am receiving message from contnt deducting amount saying it you have subscribed for games, photo stories, games hub... Social book pack_srrs... On calling customer care they refund amount but for social book cannot refund it back. Ack_srrs they told me its an event we cannot refund it back. My question here is how come all this is subscribed and money getting deducted. I don't have time to sit and call customer care every now and then.

                                    This message is coming under 3 days and my balance is deducted even if i am sending stop msg to 155223 and stop this subscription but not stop and even call to 155223 (Toll free) but there was not active any subscription. Then I call serval times customer care 198(Toll free) with different tata no. and then he will stop. But again they start new vas service without my confirmation.
                                    Now one sim I have only 1 rs balance in my account and other sim I removed my phone.
                                    This subscription is activated from your side automatically.
                                    I have not activate such any subscription, so please deactivate it soon.
                                    Please not again start any vas service
