My One request for Migration ( Post paid to prepaid) from your Tatat docomo store, J M Road Pune opp Blagandharv Natya mandir Pune Maharashtra .
Tatat docomo store Person Mr Balaji, Ph no [protected]
CAF No [protected] Dt 17.06.2017 and paid Rs 160 .
I paid my all dues rs 896 or some thing dt 17.06.17
For first 2 Months he put request or not I don’t know, but I paid 2 months rent rs 800 without using any call,
After taking many follow up, store told me your request is accepted and your Ph no converted in to postpaid to prepaid, now you want to pay only Rs 199 for prepaid for life time Use,
Now you are sending me a bill of rs 777 ( pending for last two months),
Just check last 5 months data, I not used any single call or data used
Already I paid lot of Rent to you without using, why I suffer for your mistake,
I call to your help line no for many times, but they told me Our executive will call You regarding this, still no call received by me,
I requesting you to take a corrective action,
I will not pay any single amount to you, I will port my number and I will go to consumer court,
Kindly provide us your alternate contact number and exact location so that we can get in touch with you and assist you better.
