Tata Docomo — phone number disconnected while abroad without notice

My tata docomo number[protected] which i have been using for many years has been suddenly disconnected without prior information. I was not using the phone very often and that's why it was not recharged. I am abroad now and that number is the only number which i use to handle my indian account. All the bank passwords and otps, aadhar are linked to that phone number. Now because my phone number disconnected i am locked out of all my accounts while being abroad. I cannot access my funds. I cannot even visit the store and ask for a solution.

Please fix this send a notice before dosconnectnng the number.
