Hi,

I have done my renewal of passport on 21.09.2017 and the same time i have paid rs.550/- for the passport cover which i have not received until now.

After sending couple of reminder emails to passport. [protected]@tatainternational.com also i have not received the cover and now they have stopped even replying to my emails.
