I hve ordered my passport cover on 23/5/22 at cost RS.600 (from psk) my Receipt number is =pp[protected], tracking I'd =EX[protected]IN, .my current is at Guwahati airport post which was deliver their on 28/5/22 but till now my parcel didnot come at my nearest post .My frnd me also had ordered the passport cover at same date and I hve given compain for her cover and today he received the mail that is was delivered at Guwahati NSH but what about...

I paid amount to them but not recived my pp cover till now they are saying its delivered...

I was forced to buy the passport covers in passport kendra Bangalore. I was not even told about the price of each. I ended up buying 3 of them.
Today I got them and the quality is not at all good. It is not the worth of the amount that I paid which is 500 + GST for each one of them.

I want them to return and get my refund back.
I had sent an email to you with all the receipt details. Please resolve this ASAP.br...

I had passport renewal appointment at the Passport Seva Kendra in Saligramam, Chennai on 5/2/2019 at nine thirty a.m. on reaching there I was given a token number and asked to go to which ever cube showed on the monitor. A lady was at the desk and took my photograph for the renewal of passport and then asked me whether I would be interested in buying a leather cover for my passport and that it would reach me along with the passport. I have done my renewal of passport on 21.09.2017 and the same time i have paid rs.550/- for the passport cover which i have not received until now.

After sending couple of reminder emails to passport. [protected]@tatainternational.com also i have not received the cover and now they have stopped even replying to my emails.

We have gone for passport renewal at psk ameerpet hyd on 29/11/2017. We have paid for 2 pass port covers of premium quality leather covers. I have received the same today. The same are bigger in size and are not convenient to hold in hand. They are useless and did not expect that a reputed company like tata will supply such covers to the customers. I advise the public not to buy the passport covers at passport seva kendra’s...

I, sanjay kumar behera, didn't receive passport cover which i ordered at psk, ranchi. It may please be noted that i have purchased 3 (Three) nos. Of passport covers vide receipt no. Pp[protected] dtd. 06/10/2017 and receipt no. Pp[protected] dtd. 06/10/2017 at psk ranchi, jharkhand, which is assured to be delivered in 21days. I have not yet received the same.

I have ordered for 2 passport covers on 04/10/2017 from psk malappuram by paying rupees 1100 (Receipt no : pp[protected]) product code/color : lr-p/tan. Please see the attachment for more details.
I have not yet received the same till date.
Even i wrote a email to tata international but no reply from their side.
There is no contact number also. Not expected this from tata

We have booked four passport covers during our passport application submission on 29 sept 2017 as sai arcade bengaluru.

Psk representative at the counter 'a' was more interested and trained in selling passport covers than the actual her work, we been told that, covers will be delivered along with passport,
However passport delivered on-time, within week, but after one month also there is now news about the covers.br...

I baught passport cover at passport seva kendra (Jalandher) punjab. They told me that cover will be delivered before one week from passport delivery. Today i get my passport delivery but till date i dont get my passport cover. Please give idea about delivery policy about of tata international.

During my passport renewal on 15.9.2017, i have paid rs 550 for passport holder as suggested by the scrutinizing officer.
The receipt no is pp[protected]
I have not received the product till date.
Surprised that such a reputed company tcs and til are not bothered even to respond to my e mails reminding the non receipt.
