Tata International — tata international - passport covers

My passport cover didn't reach. I have got a message from tata international, the passport cover dispatched at 14 December 2018. Tracking number is EB[protected]IB
Please take an action quickly. But the speed post tracking information is it was delivered. I did not get it.

I ordered a passport cover at passport seva Kendra at Malad(Mumbai) on 06/03/2019 at the time of application of my fresh passport. Receipt no. Of the same is PP[protected]. Please see the attachment for more details. I have not received the cover yet.
Please do the needful.

I was given consignment details of passport cover due to be delivered to me by Speed Post. When I put in the tracking number, it says consignment details cannot be found.

I paid 550 rs (Date[protected] for passport cover in passport office Bareilly Uttar Pradesh but still I didn't get passport cover

How can I get passport cover

I purchased 2 Protective Passport covers at the time of renewal of my passport at Bangalore on 23/8/2021. I received an email that the PPC were dispatched through speed post on 25-Aug-2021 vide tracking number EX[protected]IN. The speed post tracking show it is delivered don 28th aug 2021 but it has not been delivered. Immediately i wrote to speed post and they referred the matter to local post office to investigate. For over 45 days there has been no info from their side. I also wrote to you on 2nd Sept 2021 and got a reply the next saying i have to contact speed post. As you are the sender, pls take up the matter with speed post
and ensure i get the PPCs as i have made payment for the same to you and you have availed the services of speed post for delivery. Pls get me the PPCs urgently. The Speed post dept are not concerned at all as they are not responding to my mails and simply said raise a complaint and their portal is quite complicated with details.

I purchased a cover for my wife's passport on 12th November 21 in the psk Ameerpet, Hyderabad. I paid Rs 550 and the receipt no.PP [protected]. Sofar I have not received the cover. So solve my problem. Thanks.
