I, sanjay kumar behera, didn't receive passport cover which i ordered at psk, ranchi. It may please be noted that i have purchased 3 (Three) nos. Of passport covers vide receipt no. Pp[protected] dtd. 06/10/2017 and receipt no. Pp[protected] dtd. 06/10/2017 at psk ranchi, jharkhand, which is assured to be delivered in 21days. I have not yet received the same.
Please find enclosed the payment receipt (Of rs. 1650/-) for your ready reference.
Your promt action inthis connection will be highly appreciable.

The passport was delivered after 15 days after application but its been a more than a month since the passport was delivered but they didnt delivered passport covers
