Tata-Sia Airlines (Air Vistara) — fraud during the covid 19 flights cancellations!

When flights are cancelled due to covid19 lock down by the govt. Of india, air vistara is charging 3 times of original fare charges in the name of fare charge difference!

My flight details:
1. Pnr number - rdq7ze
2. Number of passengers - 2
3. Delhi to goa

I have booked this flight and it was cancelled due to corona virus nation wide lockdown but air vistara is not providing me the details for rescheduling also not refunding anything.

Not even providing me the details, and when i have connected them on phone they simply ask for 10, 000 for rescheduling flight in the name of fare charge difference!

Why they have written "if any" on there corona virus update page for fare difference when its more then the ticket price which i had booked!!

With regards to your email, we'd like to confirm that any cancellation made will be refunded as per the fare rules. Since, it's an economy lite booking, only taxes will be refundable as they are not upgradeable, non-changeable and non-refundable.

1. First of all when i have booked my tickets, cancellation policies were different and all were applicable when a passenger was cancelling the tickets. Although i understand that any o[censored]s could not think of a time which has already come, therefor i am not asking for the full refund, my question was how much amount i will get as refund amount if i plan to cancel it for now and if i don’t want my money in your credit shell till 31st december.
Please just check and confirm it to me!

2. I already know that you are offering me a free date change option also in addition to opting for an alternate travel date and offering me the flexibility to pick an alternate domestic sector! I told you i have already read your corona virus update page (https://www.airvistara.com/in/en/coronavirus-update).
My question was simply check and confirm to me that on which date till 31st december 2020, i can get a flight ticket with same passengers and same destination (Delhi to goa) with zero fare differential?
It might be in your favor also in terms of money! You can offer me the cheapest ticket on any date/time till 31st december 2020!

With reference to your email for a refund, we wish to inform you that the flight is canceled and all domestic and international flight operations will remain suspended till 31st may'20 due to the extended locked down announced and imposed by the government of india. Hence, this situation is beyond the airline's control.
We regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer the full refund on below pnr#rdq7ze any cancellation will be done as per the cancellation policy.
However, we are protecting the amount in the form of a credit shell for your future travel on or before 31-dec-20.
We are offering you a free date change option also in addition to opting for an alternate travel date, we are also offering you the flexibility to pick an alternate domestic sector if you wish to. You can opt for the same till 31st december 2020, without any change fee. However, the fare differential, if any, will be applicable.
Therefore, we request you contact your travel agent for rebooking of your flight or for the cancel as per the cancellation policy.

2. How much i will get the refund amount if i plan to cancel this ticket?
3. On which date till december 31 2020, you can provide me flight ticket from delhi to goa (Same as booked previously) which has 0 fare difference?
