    My flight which is scheduled for departure on 2nd july, got rescheduled to 4th july, 2020 within intimation of not before 24 hrs. When customer care was contacted then one lady gave the assurance that she will be connecting my call with her senior executive within one minute then she made me waited for 50 minutes. Then out of frustration i disconnected the call. First of all i waited for at least 20 minutes to reach to her then after listening my plight she has no solution and when i insisted to talk someone senior then she made me wait for this long.
    Is this the kind of service vistara is providing to their customers. Highly disappointed with this kind of support.

      Hi sir, consumer forum is my last hope. I have booked the 7 tickets on 20th may 2020 from make my trip platform of vistara airlines for 4th of june from mumbai to varanasi. But i get the mesaage and cumpeterized call from vistara that flight has been cancelled due to flight non-operational. So i have tried to call vistara and make my trip both for rescheduling the ticket if they can but no one picked the call from vistara and when i did not have any option and price of other next flights were increasing i had to book other tickets for 17th of june.
      Now please think about my loss in this pandemic situation of corona in mumbai i was forced to live 13more days in state and booked the ticket again even giving 50percent more money which was 46000. Now when i reached at my home and called to vistara customer care they denied to give refund and saying to give credit upto 31st march 2020 for same users.
      I have emailed and tweeted over tweeter also to them but again they denied and saying this was their policy. But as far as i remember at the time of booking (20th may) there were no such policy it came in existence later but my request is that even if policy were there this is totally wrong because they cancelled ticket themselves and now saying this is government fault so will not refund and will give credit and that would be also only restricted to same users.
      But i am middle family person and not frequent traveller of airlines. If vistara had given this credit option at the time of cancellation this could be the benefial but vistara is giving credit after 25days when i am already at home so this credit ia totally worthless because of vistara delay response.
      From bottom of my heart i have request from consumer forum that please interfere in this issue, i am middle family person and loss of 30378rs matter to me and my family.

        Hi vistara team,

        I'm writing this unfortunate mail to you in utmost disgust. I was a big fan of your airline till today but the way i and my fellow passengers have been treated today has broken my trust in you as an airline and as an organisation.

        I know and understand that i'm just a lowly passenger and that this email will be deleted or will have some standard computerized response, but still wanted to write it as we all still live in this hope that the world is still a decent place to live in.

        I was a passenger on the delhi-pune uk971 flight on june 24th and when i reached the airport, i along with all the other passengers of this flight were informed that the flight has been cancelled. I understand that things happen and in these difficult times there is a lot of operational and cost pressure on vistara and the entire airline industry. My issue is not the actual cancellation but the way we have been treated post the cancellation. Below are some of the issues i'm referring to -

        1. We all know that the reason the flight has been cancelled is because of the load being less but when the same question was asked to the guys at the vistara counter, the very curt reply was.. We dont know! When we questioned the staff on why no email/sms/message was sent to the passengers on the flight being cancelled.. The response was that all of you have been sent an email and message... Let me just reiterate that not a single passenger had received such a message, and if a message did come to us, why the hell would we come to the airport?... Therefore, this was the first lie by the ground staff. I'm again saying that the actual cancellation is not the issue.. It's just the way we are lied to. Please own up to your faults, treat your passengers with maturity and just say sorry!! That's all we accept.

        2. The second lie was when i asked the ground staff if they can give us some vouchers or access to the lounge inside the airport so we could wait there for a few hours as a lot of passengers had booked a flight for the same evening with a different airline. We were told 'sorry we can't give you access to the lounge or provide you with any coupons as the airport lounges are closed due to the covid19 situation'. However, when i went inside the airport, the plaza premium lounges were open and functional! This is not just a blatent lie but unprofessional and unacceptable!!! Like i said earlier, we as mature individuals expect the truth, that's all we ask for.

        The whole world is going through multiple hardships due to the situation we're in and would understand if something like this happens. But unfortunately your organisation has made the situation worse by lying and giving out false information. Just didn't expect this from an organisation of vistara's reputation and stature. Extreme disappointed!!

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I booked an air ticket for my wife, Nandita Pariyar, for travelling from Delhi (08:00 hrs) to Bagdogra (09:55 hrs) by Vistara flight No. UK - 725 on Sunday - 14 June - 2020 vide Airline PNR QFJ7LO Ticket Number[protected]/1/1 through EaseMyTrip.com (Booking ID EMT[protected] and paid Rs. 3, 968 for the same.

          Later when my wife tried to web check in 48 hours before flight timing she could not do so and email sent in this regard to Vistara Airlines remained unanswered and no call was picked up by the airlines.

          Due to urgent need of going she tried to book another ticket and to her dismay she found the same flight (UK-725) was going to Bagdogra from Delhi via Dibrugarh. For new booking she called customer care and then she was told that her earlier booking stands cancelled. So, she requested to reschedule the flight but the airlines denied citing the reason the the flight booking is full.

          But the airlines was lying as just after the talk my wife once again booked the same flight through cleartrip.com vide PNR PVR8WC Ticket Number ETKT [protected] / 102 from Delhi (08:35 hrs) to Bagdogra (13:20 hrs) Via Dibrugarh and paid whopping price of Rs. 23, 733 for the same.

          From the above information it is clearly established that it is a clear cut case of cheating and malpractice by the airlines.

          So, I request you to refund all money paid by us in this regard and award a suitable compensation for the mental agony and harassment suffered by both o[censored]s.

              They send fake offer letter and asking money of 15000 they first asked me 3000 and then next day they took fake interview and asked me to deposit 15000 when i said i cant deposit 15000 they told me that money will be refunded in 30 t0 40 days after that they are not receiving my calls

                I have booked my flight from mumbai to goa with pnr no. Uo38zs with total 5 passengers. Due to covid, flight is cancelled and we are not able to travel. Airlines said, we will refund the amount but it has been 2 months and refund is not processed.
                Never fly with vistara. Pathetic experience.

                Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                  I am vilingston. Recently i am searching for the job and i received this mail regarding interview of vistara airlines. So i proceed with further interview process. They asked me to deposit rs.2000 (Refundable) to their account as registration fee. After i did that they asked me about rs.15, 000 for document verification. I didn't had that much of money so i withdrawal from the interview process.
                  After that i've asked about my refund but they are not responding to my calls.
                  They even send me an invoice regarding the registration payment stating vistara airlines. One thing i want to know is that this mail is genuine or not.
                  If not what should i do for my refund. Herewith i attach my invoice copy and also their job offer mail. Kindly do the procedure to look up on this issue.

                        fraud during the covid 19 flights cancellations!

                        When flights are cancelled due to covid19 lock down by the govt. Of india, air vistara is charging 3 times of original fare charges in the name of fare charge difference!

                        I had booked 4 tickets in February for family vacation in May. Due to the lockdown, flights were cancelled. I dont want a change in date as it looks unlikely that i will be able to take that family vacation to the same destination. Why is the airline not refunding without cancellation charge?
                        - Not my fault that the airlines didnt fly
                        - my cancellation is not causing revenue management leakage - as flights havent flown
                        - Why should I be forced to change of dates - when I am unlikely to do the same vacation
                        Airlines is quoting DGCA rules that refund is applicable only to people who booked in March - is it my fault that i booked early? Dont see any logic

                          I had confirmed cancellation of my recently booked flight on 23rd march 2020 with booking id[protected] and pnr - mqzzu3. I spoke directly to the airline vistara and they have proceeded with my cancellation. As per communication with vistara customer care agent, i was told that the refund money of around 7k has already been initiated from vistara's end.

                          Also the whole ticket amount was inr 11683, and in which airline cancellation fee is inr 3180 and emt cancellation fee is inr 300, even if all necessary deductions are made i am liable to the remaining amount of money i spent on booking.

                          So as per the process i had to contact easemytrip (Emt) for obtaining my refund. I tried contacting emt regarding my refund and was unable to contact them so i proceeded with posting a complaint against them on consumer forum. Based on that complaint i received below remark from emt end:

                          "dear ms. Chetna, greetings from easemytrip.com! This is to inform you that full refund is not received from the airlines of your booking. We have processed refund to you according to the fare rules. Please check the remarks updated by the airline in your booking - 3. Vi/auk *kindly process the refund as per fare rules 0251z 2 in case you have any received written confirm from the airlines side that they have processed full refund to the agency then please share that mail with us on [protected]@easemytrip.com regards, care team

                          Remark date[protected]:24:09"

                          And here i come to know that vistara has not initiated money from their end. I don't know what kind of cheating is this. Firstly you tell your customers about the money that would be initiated after that you yourself don't abide by your own words.

                          Whenever any conversation takes place between a customer care agent and a customer, the call is recorded. I had called them on[protected] morning around 9 am. Please do refer to what was told to me on the call and proceed with my refund money asap and stop fooling your customers. I would like you to take strict action against vistara and and ask them to initiate my refund so that it can be returned to me via emt. This is complete cheating and consumer breach of trust and will not be tolerated.

                          I have attached the ticket with complete details. Please do cross check and process my refund asap.

                            On 1 march i book 7 tickets from delhi to trivandrum, (Kerala) for 16 april 2020.
                            I book these tickets for family tour. But i don't know that coronavirus disease will be spreading so fastly. So today we all are suffering from coronavirus. Due to this our government has cancelled all flights between 24 march to 3 may. Dgca announced that all the money of tickets will should be refunded after 3 weeks of ticket booking date. So related to refund policy i call to vistara customer care but they refused to gave my money back. They only give me option of reschedule the flight and they give me time of reschedule only one year. Due to coronavirus our family economic condition is poor and in next 1 year we can't afford a tour. After that i understand that vistara is wrost airline company.

                              I booked tickets on vistara airlines flying from delhi to guwahati on 17april 2020. I booked the tickets because they opened the bookings after the lockdown period. But my flight was cancelled by the airline due to their operational issues and when i contact them they asked me to reschedule my flight along but the charges will be applicable while rescheduling. I am feeling cheated. They were the one to cancel their flight then why should a poor customer pay their inconvenience. My prime concern while booking was the fare of the ticket now that i need to reschedule it, it will cost double. The thing is why should a customer suffer their inconvenience. I asked them to adjust my pnr for the next flight flying to my destination but no response was made. This is totally injustice. I request you to ask them to refund my amount or provide the services in the same rate which i opted according to my budget.

                                I was traveling on 29 feb 2020 on vistara pnr pmfo8i, that's bom-vns via delhi, i have one checked baggage with me
                                When i arrived at varanasi airport, my baggage was not available so i contacted one of vistara staff and he helped me that baggage is not arrived from delhi due to some technical issues.
                                He helped me to fill some form and told me that he will informed accordingly.
                                He called me with in two hours that your baggage is arrived and you are free to collect it any time.
                                My place from varanasi aiport is approximately 90 km, so i request him that if possible please send it to my place and he said it my problem that's why vistara is not responsible for sending it to your place.

                                So please let me know if baggage is delayed from vistara how come it's my problem.

                                Thanks to vistara for letting to know me thats if baggage is delayed it's passenger problem
                                I want to change the dates of my trip as govt. said there is danger because of corona virus several times i called to customer care every time the computer hold my phone for 30 to 40 mins. and no reply my fight is of 22 march but they are doing nothing. please help.

                                  We had booked four tickets from kolkata to andaman on 23.01.20 and andaman to kolkata from 28.01.2020. Our one passenger miss abhipsha dash had met an accident and her right hand is broken and her doctor advised her not to travel at that time. At the same day our another passenger mr. Anklesh mishra had met an accident and his hand is sprained. So we regularly contact with air vistara and they assured us that they have policy of refund amount of the affected person in case of medical emergency but today they have mailed us that they will not refund the amount as our all medical reports are invalid.

                                    It was extremely worst experience to choose vistara airlines to travel. I have to re-highlight and escalate this blunder technical fault which has completely changed my opinion about vistara.

                                    Incidence 1 : with a valid ticket and original id proof, a passenger has been deboarded from flight uk753 (Delhi to ranchi). Pnr-k6xgmt 5thdec'19 5.40 pm and the reason vistara staff has given me that my ticket has been cancelled by agent from where i have booked it.
                                    I have to mention : vistara ground staff at delhi are very rude and insensible, first they have disrespected me, then argued and misbehaved with me. After all this, just at the entry gate of flight, i have requested senior staffs (Jitendra & others) to allow me to board with a new ticket, i will pay for it now then further handle this technical issue but they have strictly denied ☹
                                    Later on i have checked with paytm from where i have done booking and also verified with vistara helpline support executive too, they have confirmed that i am the correct passenger to travel, who had to suffer this much.
                                    But vistara counter staff at airport are literally dumb (Senior ground staff – bheem singh & others), they have kept on convincing me that my booking has been cancelled by my travel agent i. E. Paytm. But still, at counter i have requested them to give me in written that my flight has been cancelled by paytm, and vistara is not responsible for any fault but again they have denied for that too.

                                    Unfortunately that was the last flight to ranchi and i have missed my important client meeting.

                                    I have waited in front of vistara counter for 10 hours for instant action, but no response/communication from them even after escalating the matter to head of ground staff.

                                    Still some questions are roaming in mind of all of my relatives, colleagues and friends
                                    — is this the way a customer supposed to be treated by vistara?
                                    — what about the vistara airline security?
                                    — how can two different passengers boards the flight with same pnr?
                                    — how come a passenger has been forced to deboard the flight after occupying his seat, without any digital or written acknowledgment?

                                    Incidence 2 : after all this trauma, i have booked another flight on 6thdec’19 morning and reached ranchi, now when i was coming back from ranchi to delhi with same pnr - k6xgmt on 8th dec’19 uk754. Again i have got stuck in the same scenario, when i have reached to get my boarding pass, the vistara staff at counter told me that your boarding pass has been already issued to other passenger with same name. Then i was completely fed up and disappointed, but still having patience i have explained them my complete scenario with last trip details while from delhi to ranchi with same pnr. Then they have investigated each and every detail of passenger thoroughly and found me as a valid passenger and then that day, the other person has been deboarded with luggage after lot of argument and discussion.

                                    Here the other major thing to be highlighted is, a person named vinod kumar was having the same pnr as mine, i have got this much trouble because both of the time in my round trip, he has checked-in earlier than me.

                                    So overall, its was my worst travelling experience in my entire life, exactly a nightmare.

                                    Even after lodging complain, there is no action from vistara & paytm yet even after three weeks of incidence occurrence and complaint lodged. Both of them are blaming each other. Pfa airline ticket.

                                    Now what i want is, compensation and flight charges as i had huge loss of 1 lakh that day.
