I had witnessed below issue at London to Delhi airport:
1. The tickets which i purchased didn't say that we need to wear mask and i totally forgot that mask is required in flight.
2. When i checked in my luggage no one told me i need mask but it was mentioned on my boarding pass however i didnt read my boarding pass.
3. When i was entering the gate there is an old man ( he also checked in my luggage and was on board in the flight however he refused to share his name) he said i have to go back and get mask. I told him how will i go back now i will miss my flight he said i dont know ask for mask from other passengers and beg for mask if they dont give you we will not let you in.
4.. i said this is ridiculous, why do youwant me to do that ( I could see that Vistara already had masks lying on table foe passengers who dont have mask and a lady was giving those to passengers who didnt have mask already) luckily a lady behind me gave me her mask.
5. Then another vistara employee who was extremely rude and calling out boading announcement started yelling at me 'ma'am that person is right you have to get your mask go to boots n buy we dont care. I told him this is clearly harassment then he said go and read meaning of harassment. None of your employees r wearing name badge and mask for that matter on ground .
I have paid INR 40K for this flight n mask is hardly worth 10rs. Vistara upsets you and bully you at the time of boarding.

    I and my husband are trying to get the refund status on a specific PNR, cancelled in the month of April.
    Vistara has been sending us emails on getaways and what not. but no email has been received for refund status.
    until the airline confirms on the refund status my third party booking agent wont send us update on the refund.
    requesting the Vistara team to share the refund status so that i can take it further

      I would like to know why i can’t reschedule my ticket… even though it has been book from another agency but it’s same Vistara air line right .. all the airline sell their tickets to another agency… but they do reschedule.
      If you guys can’t reschedule the ticket bought from another agency stop selling tickets.

        Some people's provide fake job offer and they ask some security amount i.e our airport security purpose. They also provide some bank account and submit the security payment in that bank account. Am just doubting and ask are you a agent- they said no am the HR of some(particular) place so not a agent 100 percent trust me. Here is the number of HR'S

          Regarding Refund due to medical issue

          Regarding PNR No:- 5ZHFYT firstly I requested to reschedule the flight but due to delay in response from Vistara airlines there customer care executive told that we are cancelling your flight and total refund of Rs.7346.- will paid to you and also submitted the medical certificate for the reason.

          Due to medical issue we were requesting to reschedule but there was not response from Vistara airlines and very delayed response...

          Dear Team,

          I recently travelled with my 6 years old son via Air Vistara from Dubai to Mumbai and return.

          I made individual booking and hence was not able to avail the half ticket for my son as the website did not permit the same.

          Further, I had a horrible experience with a customer service executive by the name Manjusha. I was on an international call for 30 minutes and at the end of it she did not provide any solution. She had no clue about the process at Vistara. When asked to transfer the call to a senior she conveniently disconnected the call. Further, I did call back again and she picked up the call and disconnected again. I am surprised that a professional organization like Vistara can provide such service. My request to you is to ensure that such employees are reprimanded.

          Issue:

          Initially I was planning to travel alone from Dubai to Mumbai and hence booked my ticket. Later on. I had a change of mind and decided to book the ticket for my child as well. However, the Vistara website does not allow booking of only child tickets nor does it permit to modify my ticket to include my child ticket. Due to this, I had called up at the call center hoping to get some assistance. However, the service provided was pathetic. Due to this unprofessional service, I was forced to book my child ticket as an adult ticket (as instructed by the staff). I would request you to return the difference in child fare and adult fare to me at the earliest.

            Very surprised to see such response from brand like Vistara. Really putting TaTa's name down, shame on their customer handling process

              I had booked a return from Varanasi to Delhi for surgery that is scheduled in Gurugram.

              The travel dates are as follows:

              Varanasi to Delhi
              Date: 1st May 2022
              PNR: 5HCXH5
              Airline: Vistara
              Time: 15:20 Hrs

              Delhi to Varanasi
              Date: 3rd May 2022
              PNR: 5HCXH5
              Airline: Vistara
              Time: 13:20 Hrs

              However, I spoke to my surgeon and he said I won't be fit for travel on 3rd May and will be allowed to travel only on 4th May.

              I conveyed this to Airvistara on the same day and they assured me that if I can provide them with a medical note from the doctor they will help me reschedule based on medical grounds.

              I sent them everything and I was told I will get a flight change email within 48 hours. I called them 4 times after that email for follow up but I got the same response that wait for 48 hours. I reached out to them via Twitter and shared my concern.

              I finally called them at 11:08 AM on 30th April 2022 and got connected to their customer support. They said that they did not get any email and asked me to send it two more times. I sent it and they kept saying they did not receive it but acknowledged that they had received all the details via Twitter. They asked me to share the medical note and I shared that as well via Twitter.

              After keeping me on hold for 20 more minutes, the representative said that they will waive off the date schedule charges but I will have to pay the flight difference amount.

              This is where they extorted money from me illegally and took advantage of my medical condition.

              The cost of my return ticket while booking was Rs ~6500 per person and the cost at that time (30th April around 12:15 PM) when the representative was scheduling it was Rs 6271 per person. This was the fare mentioned on their flight as well on the travel platform Yatra as well. So ideally, there was no additional difference to be paid. I am attaching the relevant images for your reference.

              When I told this to the representative, he said a difference of 7, 828 has to be paid by me as that is the difference flight amount that is being shown to him on his system. He was blatantly lying and trying to extort money from me. I did not have any other option apart from me paying the same as I had to travel for my surgery and did not have any other option.

              I am attaching the screenshot of the SMS received from their end and the payment invoice here.

              I want to get a refund for the money that has been extorted from me. I request the consumer complaint department to take this up and provide me with legal justice.

              I have always been a fan of TATA services and held them in high regard for all their services and products. But this is something that is very disheartening to find out that someone in their team is taking advantage of another's medical situation.

                I am writing on this platform as a final and urgent measure to please help me get my cancellation refund money amounting to Rs 1, 96, 576 from Vistara.

                I had booked a round trip ticket from Kolkata to London, PNR NQ24EN, for 22nd April which I had to cancel because my father in law passed away. I am eligible to get a full refund of the money as I had booked a flexi ticket and had cancelled it before the 7 day period. I was promised that the money would be refunded to me within 7 days and even received a mail from an international payment gateway by the name of TNS Payments that confirmed that the refund amount had been issued on 14th April (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). However when I checked my account statement after a few days, the money had not been credited.

                Since then, I have been following up with the Vistara customer service team continuously and multiple times a day regarding this matter. They claim that Vistara had issued the refund on 12th April (this date happens to be different from the mail I received from TNS Payments) but despite repeated appeals I have not yet received a proper TRANSACTION ID with which I can follow up with my bank in order to find out why the payment is not reflecting in my account.

                I have been calling and mailing VISTARA day in and out to get this TRANSACTION ID and every time I am promised that it will be mailed to me within 24-48 hours but nothing ever comes. Following is a receipt that was shared with me by VISTARA, but it does not state the TRANSACTION ID.

                It's a large amount that's at stake, and it would severely impact my finances if the amount is not refunded to me. I need a response from VISTARA about why it's taking so long for my refund to get credited and most importantly what the TRANSACTION ID is.

                  This is to intimate you that I have not yet received my refund on account of my cancelled flight due to Covid. As this is now almost 2 years, I requested Vistara Customer relations to expedite refund with two reminders for my cancelled flight on account of Covid but till date there is no response from this 'TATA' brand!

                  Further on 16th April, 2022 the Nodal officer relied denying payment on the ground that the ticket was only valid for 365 days from the date of creation of the ticket resulting in expiry of PNR QJGOYG and no refund can be processed by them. They also advised to contact the travel agency for further queries.
                  I wrote them back protesting their unilateral decision on this without any communication.
                  In fact the way Vistara, a reputed TATA brand replied, looks like a simple pretext to avoid rightful obligation of customer payment.
                  I urged them to make immediate payment and also to consider an additional interest payment at prevailing market rate for the delayed period.
                  It appears that TATAs are not living up to their brand reputation while many other airlines operator in the country have made forthright payment to customer on account of sudden flight cancellation due to COVID lockdown.

                  Pls note i had booked air ticket from DLI-FRA (frankfurt) and vice versa with reference no. V6LY5Z from Vistara airline
                  . The total amount was INR 59, 450/- . Unfortunately return flight was cancelled by vistara. I applied for refund. I have mailed them thrice to inform about the status of refund and the amount that will be refunded back but till date I have not got any reply from them.
                  Also as informed 2 weeks ago, I had to pay more to buy new tickets from DLI-FRA.

                      Amount deducted, but ticket not booked

                      Dear sir/ Madam,

                      I had made a booking in Vistara airlines for travel date 22nd Feb.
                      however while making the booking there was an error in the network/system and money got deducted from my ICICI bank account.

                      several calls were made to customer care on this issue and have given two service request no. there was no acknowledgement of the issue on mail or in writing. have been chasing them to update either on non receipt on of the payment or refund the amount of INR 6432

                        Hello and thank you for your time,

                        When I booked my whole trip with QATAR AIRWAYS under PNR TWMIA9, ATHENS-MUMBAI-GOA-MUMBAI-ATHENS I chose VISTARA UK862 for the flight GOA- MUMBAI on March 4, then I had 4-5 hours to catch QATAR AIRWAYS from MUMBAI-DOHA. Then VISTARA put me on a much earlier flight UK 842, so finally I had 13, 5 hours connecting time!!!
                        As far as I know, for intercontinental flights when connecting time is more than 6 hours, companies book and pay a hotel for passengers.
                        I never got this offer. Therefore I had to pay NIRANTA HOTEL and one meal, total cost 110 euros. Plus that I found out that my initial flight UK862 was on, never cancelled...!!

                        I would appreciate a refund of this amount or any other offer...

                          Our complimentary voucher - two voucher issued after 2 month they remove one voucher, after several follow up they keep saying we are checking we checking we will update shortly.
                          24, 48, Bla bla. never response back, after several ping they response after three month later " please note that voucher was erroneously credited in your CV account and hence the same is not visible in your CV account"

                          so basically they make fools to customer to try to avoids,
                          could you please take action on that,

                                After being harassed by Vistara staff members in front of other passengers in Hyderabad, and after paying overweight baggage fees, the baggage did not arrive in Delhi. I needed to continue my flight internationally, but after 4 days and many attempts to request my baggage being sent, all the Vistara people say is they will call me back and they never call me. When I call back they don't pick up my phone calls. I'm stuck in a foreign country without my suitcase and no idea if I will ever receive it.

                                  Issue: Baggage Damage( intentional) and top notch Negligence by Vistara team to safeguard my Items even in multiple occasions from Delhi to Chennai resulting in my valuables being missed/ stolen from bags.

                                  Background - I’m Jay, Australian citizen visiting India for vacation to meet my parents after my wedding. I was booked Vistara flight UK835 with PNR 55LAG4 from Delhi to Chennai.
                                  I was visiting my parents all by myself after many years and I bought all gifts for them from my home country.

                                  Brief
                                  1) boarded my Vistara flight with 15kg with fragile sticker
                                  2) Bag was tampered and I was told about it just 2 mins before take off near the cockpit
                                  3) No time to check anything due to security measure
                                  4) Bag was loosely packed, two locks broken and zips damaged
                                  5) Cabin crew assured it will be packed properly
                                  6) On arrival bag was more damaged with two locks being completely broken and items were falling off the baggage counsel and it was packed in garbage bag
                                  7) On arrival weighed 11.6 kg
                                  8) upon checking valuables bag missing with items worth close to AUD 4500$ Weighing close to 4 kg
                                  9) PIR Raised and signed by authorities

                                  Detailed Timelines :

                                  6.00 pm - reached Delhi airport, dropped in the check in bag weighing 15.6 kg and asked the person to put fragile sticker as I got valuables.

                                  7.00- boarded the flight at Delhi and was assigned to my nominated seat 14C

                                  7.52- I was called my cabin crew lady ( just 2-3 mins before taking off ) to check something with my checked in baggage

                                  7:54- I went close to the entrance of the plane and the whole ground staff were down the ladder and one of them asked me to check if what they are holding is my baggage.
                                  I was confused to see my bag being covered loosely in a poly bag and I can hardly see anything . I told the crew that I didn’t pack this way and they mentioned the bag is broken ( in local language Hindi which I can’t speak or understand)

                                  7:54- I said I can’t confirm anything without seeing anything clearly and in close proximity
                                  The cabin crew and the ground staff were running out of time for take off and they were forcing me to just get back to the plane and they were pushing me to just confirm if that’s my bag from upstairs as due to security protocol they can’t let me down and they were going to put img bag back in the plane with that loose packaging

                                  7:58 - I was adamant to check the bag up close or I was ready to get off the plane .Along with cabin crew I was given a chance to see my bag up close for few mins

                                  8.00 - the flight was already delayed due to this and I was shocked to see all the locks and zips been destroyed completely and my belongings were hanging out loose from the bad cover up. Cabin crew told me to quickly open and check if everything is safe but I told them it is going to take time . Upon checking two packaging with a valuables were missing and told them I need time to verify all. They rejected my request and told they need to take off without me . I said okay go ahead but I need police on scene. I started taking all photographs

                                  8.10 - I was told this is the way they found the bag and they were trying to get away by showing it beforehand so I don’t raise issue later. With all language issues I managed to stand up for myself and told I won’t let this go until I get police on the scene.

                                  8.15 - The crew convinced me to get back on flight as other passengers are also suffering and they will do the needful and get the packaging safe with remaining stuff and they will let me record everything that’s missing after arrival in Chennai.

                                  8.17 - cabin crew gave them some plastic bags from their supplies and I saw them taking it to wrap my bags. Cabin crew assured they will come to my seat and take the complaint and record everything and do the needful. They recorded the complaint and said she will send an email within 24 hours .

                                  8.19. - flight took off ( after 25 mins of delay proof attached
                                  ) due to this negligence and poor bay handling
                                  During the course of flight I was going through complete shock, dismay and mental breakdown due to this. Cabin crew recorded it all in her diary and said they will let Vistara crew know at arrival and they will help me lodge complaint

                                  10.50 -11:30 - flight landed . Baggage arrived on carousel and I saw my bag being wrapped in garbage bags and can see items falling off from the baggage. Photos and videos were recorded

                                  12.00 - arrival baggage weighed and it was 4.1 kg less than what was checked in. My valuables are missing as in PIR
                                  Gucci watch, Mk bag, one barrel of Dyson airwrap, Tom ford perfume, branded makeups damaged and some missing, morphe brushes, white gold jewellery, lifestyles clothes

                                  12:30 - PIR raised and the airport ground staff said someone will come next day and replace my baggage and for Valuables I should raise ticket with Vistara . They took photos
                                  of my
                                  Passport, my boarding pass and took my contacts details too

                                  no one contacted me yet on this issue.

                                  What I request as a resolution:
                                  • Compensate for all my valuables that’s missing( PIR raised at Chennai airport)
                                  • Replace my 35 kg baggage that was bought from Australian company
                                  • Reimburse my flight ticket prices
                                  • Compensate for my mental breakdown and all the hassle I got to go through in foreign place with no support.

                                  This is a huge disappointment that VISTARA doesn't care about their CUSTOMERS convenience and safety and they perfectly ruined my travel plans. It does not seem like that Vistara lives up to their core values. I will be sharing my experience on Social Media, everyone should be aware about this (above issue) and this could happen if you book a trip with Vistara

                                  If Vistara genuinely cares about their customers and stands to their values, We would hope and appreciate that I will be fairly compensated

                                  I will be expecting a call from your management ASAP.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I am facing an issue where in i can see 2 tickets booked from Yatra.com as i was trying to book one for 1st of May but due to network error it is been booked twice, and the amount also is been deducted twice.
                                    Kindly refund my full payment for the ticket which I didn’t book.
