I got a call from a lady (Disha)saying she is calling from vistara airline. She provided me with congratulation letter and asked to submit my documents. At first she asked me to pay rs.2186 and i paid then again i got a call from kavya she said she is the hr of vistara airline. She again asked me to pay Rs.7860for the verification of my documents.I got little sceptical about it so i asked for her employment id. She just gave the fake id. So at that time i said I don’t want to continue my interview i just want my money back.She became so furious with me she started shouting and she just hung up the call .

    Air vistara cancelled flight due to covid. already one year over. no refund has been initiated for vistara PNR No. RLBYUE AND RFWRJZ. WHY

    airvistara has cancelled the flight from chennai to mumbai on 17/04/2020 and 18/04/2020. But till date they not refunded by PNR No. RLBYUE & RFWRJZ. one year over. no response yet
    Vistara customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same thing is happening with me. Did u get refund. They have made a do out of customers. I have been calling for past three months regarding refund.

He asked i had to pay an amount around 2000inr then 3 rounds of interview will be conducted. While probing, i got to know thats a spam call. I do have the recording of what we talked on phone.

        Dear Vistara Team

        pls Resolved this problem.

        When I was traveling from Udaipur Airport to New Delhi Airport. When I checked in from Udaipur Airport. When the condition of my bag was fine, M and my team were waiting for the flight at the Waiting Hall Gate 3 Vistara flight.

        Then Rahul ji came to us. Those who had checked in my bag said that your bag has got a dent. So we want you to take a Receving from me. --- Receving for what. - There is a dent on your bag. I refused to do the Receving. Because my bag was not dented.

        After that, you start speaking, don't complain, your bag has got beaten up. . So you will get to check out CCTV photos, after that you will know that after that, we refused to do the receving when we will be receving again after that when we arrive at the New Delhi airport and we are going to collect the bag-Belt-3 .

        After that I asked the Vistara team member that I have to raise complain, Beg has got a dent.

        The Vistara team said you go to the Vistara counter-Reception, give a complaint to it.. He checked the dent on the Beg .
        He said that you should send the mail drop to [protected]@vistara.com. After that, i drop a mail [protected]@vistara.com dated on 22 march 2021 . After that i call toll free no.[protected] But on the call, he told that you have a response in 48 hours.I kept waiting yours side.

        If any information require pls tell me. I provided with all proof Biils, Ticket Etc.

        If you have any doubts, then you can check the CCTV Photos check of March 21, both Udaipur and New Delhi Airport.

        I think the Vistara team will help me.

        Based on your description, there is no connection of the events with Vistara carrier:

        1) It is unclear, which capacity (authority) unidentified Rahul ji was acting on 21MAR2021 ;

        2) It is unclear, where the events happened: at the registration desk or after the registration procedure for the Vishara flight 628;

        3) it is unclear, what was the exact claim o[censored]nidentified Rahul ji, except the unclear "receiving" for the possible dent of the unidentified personal item (checked or unchecked baggage).

        Every passenger, departing from India's airport, can demand the police officer or the other public servant, in case of any financial claim to the passenger from the side of the public servant, to report, minimum
        (1) his/her full name and his/her capacity (public authority)
        (2) price/tariff, nature, grounds of the invoice ;
        (3) written document prior to effect the payment ;
        (4) the redressal authority,
        prior to effect the payment, subject to Article 31 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, Article 2 (9) of the Consumer Protection Act.

        The described events are similar to the daily events on the village bazaar.

        Consequently, the passenger shall appeal to the administration (operator) of Maharana Pratap airport at Udaipur or to the nearest police office o[censored]daipur, not to the Vistara air carrier, as the first point of the complaint.

        The operator of Maharana Pratap airport at Udaipur, Rajastan was claimed by the Airport authority of India without the sufficient disclosures of the rights.

          Hi, I travelled from Amsterdam to Kolkata on 24.04.2021 via Frankfurt & New Delhi. However, one of my luggage was missing at New Delhi airport. On enquiring it was informed to me that the Delayed luggage will be shipped through next day flight. However, after waiting for 3 days with no communication from your side., I called up Vistara customer care and lodged my complain. The reference no.: TCT[protected].
          Please make the arrangement to ship my luggage ASAP.

            I Aishwarjya Mukherjee student of B Tech First Year like to request you to full refund my E-Air Tickets No 228-[protected] & PNR No 6UAD2E From Ranchi to Delhi and Delhi to Lucknow on[protected]as I am running temperature and having fever for last 2 days . Doctor has advised not to take any journey (by flight or train ).

            I am sorry to note this Airlines like Vistara is unnecessary deferring my Full Refund of my Air Tickets. I have submitted Medical Certificate in my mail which is signed and Stamped by MBBS Doctor having valid Medical Reg No of MECON ISPAT Hospital of Govt of India Enterprise which is under PSU Govt of India undertaking.

            Further, with reference to the message from Vistara Airlines I like to state that Doctor advised me on 10th April 2021, 7 PM not to take any Flight Journey without COVID Test and I am sure you are aware of the difficulties of getting COVID Test done by Test Centre. In Ranchi due to sudden increase of huge COVID infected cases, you need to take advance booking for getting Tested and I was having Flight on 11 April Morning, so I had 12 Hours in my hand and it was not possible to do COVID Test within 12 Hours which is Night Time. Hence it is requested to have your empathetic feeling for me which is not shown by Airlines like Vistara.

              Hi,
              I would like to inform that i booked a flight from delhi to indore on april 9th 2021.But due to flight reschdule i am not comfort with new rescheduled flight.So i request for cancellation and request for full refund.My complaint has submitted from your side.And says to me that i call to agent after 24 hours.When i called to our agent which is goibibo and flipkart .They told me that there is no request raise for cancellation from your company.so please share screenshot of cancellation request.
              Again i callec vistara customer care.but they don't provide me any comformation.so i complaint to you please provide comformation of canellation and full refund .Otherwise i have no option.I am going to consumer forum.and also logde a complaint to DGCA.

                Dear sir,
                I flew with vistara air lines from London to Delhi with return tickets with my 2 kids and wife 4 passengers. Our return was 4th Jan 2021 but air line cancelled flights 4 time and agent have to reschedule the tickets, on 25th Feb 2021 we all 4 passanger were try to fly from Delhi to London. When we arrive on airport vistara airline staff told us to wait and 13pm they asked us to show our documents which we showed but still they denied bording without telling us. I lost huge money because i had booked tickets with another airline and taxi charges. I asked agent to refund our half tickets for 4 passanger then he told us they can only refund only £10 for all passanger. At Delhi Airport vistara airline told us we should speak with agent they can reschedule or refund our money. Now I am very angry with vistara airlines and agent who only take money from customers and not lookafter in bad situations.

                There are no enough evidences.

                You can to collect the original tickets I.G.A. Delhi - Heathrow, the changes of the reservations, and at least latest reservation, your latest complaint addressed to the air carrier / travel agent, to hire a lawyer.

                Lawyer's fee 75-130GBP/hour, assumed number of hours for assistance of the litigation in such case 8-16, depend upon the personal efforts and qualifications of the solicitor (lawyer).
                Application fee in th UK county court 125GBP.
                Apart of the loss of the fare of the tickets, the paid lawyer can advice the rest.

                      Igot interwiew call from vistara airlines they ask some questions and they ur selected for the job cabin crew job they ask me to 25000 totel I paid and they send me joining letter... And next they there are asking me to pay 40000 for the next process and I told I don't have sir they will cnacle my profile and they will refund my money ... But till now I don't got it plzz try to refund and solve my problem

                          I got interwiew call from vistara arilines and they interwiew me they ask me to pay 21500 I paid without thinking and next they ask me to pay 40000 then I told I can't they will send my money back but I till don't get it back plzz look into it igot my offer letter in Email also...                           It is noticed many times at this web site,
                          no employer calls to the mobile number without the consent of the candidate,
                          no employer charges for the interview,
                          no one has a duty to pay without the observation of the invoice.

                          The described events is fraud o[censored]nidentified suspect against the payer.
                          Fraud is a crime.
                          The submitter can collect the documents (payment confirmations, phone numbers, replies) and submit the information for the F.I.R. at the nearest police office for the investigation before the magistrate court.
                          It is a service duty of the police to disclose the relevant crime.

                            I had booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Lucknow for my mother-in-law for 3rd Feb. Due to a family emergency being my grandmother in law being in CCU, my mother-in-law had to leave for Lucknow on 30th Jan itself. I emailed Vistara on 30th Jan itself about the case and asked to provide credits/refund which can be used in the future. They wasted 30 Jan - 17 Feb by asking for numerous amounts of documents regarding proof of the patient and came up with the solution being date change which can be by my only my mother-in-law till 31 Mar 21. She cannot travel as Grandmother in law is still serious. Our case is highly genuine and as per their guideline, we were eligible for a waiver or at least a considerate decent solution.

                            The submitter, if he expects reimbursement, can collect all relevant documents and hire a relevant lawyer for the consultation and for submission of the civil suit case against the entity, which he finds guilty in his losses within 2 years from the latest reply.

                                I got a call from number [protected] for vacancy at Vistara for Air ticketing. She asked me for 3500 as refundable . Next day she scheduled my interview, got a call from number [protected] as Airlines HR. He send me appointment letter again asking for 16500 as refundable amount. Again at evening he called and ask me for 40000 for courier charges for sending hard copy of documents. It totally fraud, i already paid 3500+16500=20000. I kindly request you to please refund my 20000 as am in need of it. Please do needful.

                                All attached copies of the documents produce that unidentified person received the confirmation of his/her payment via unidentified operator without the disclosure of the reason of the payment to the email address from the private email address.

                                  My air ticket which was booked from DXB to MUM on the 28th of December 2020 was cancelled due to operational reasons and the full refund was promised. I had booked the air ticket through a travel agency - Broadway Travels Dubai. They has said that i would be refunded in full. At the end after waiting for over a month, i was refund only a partial amount. I have been calling the travel agent, the airline and the Aviation authority in Dubai - Dnata. In the end i am being told that the airline will always refund the full amount. But the travel agent is telling me that is not true. Whose words should i go by? I seriously do not have the time to be running around calling people for my money. Nobody is ready to give a proper answer to me. I called the airline and they told me to talk to the travel agent. The travel agent is telling me that they are waiting for a response from the airline for the past 45 days. Why do i have to go through all this for my paid amount to be refunded? It was not me who cancelled the trip, so why should i be penalized ? Requesting you to look into this matter.

                                    Address: Apparent by their behavior that they don't exist. They are behaving like a shell company.

                                    I had a booking with Vistara for 10th Oct, 2020 from Dubai to Mumbai which I couldn't catch because I was tested positive for covid. I wrote an official email on 19th Oct, 2020 and I requested them to reschedule and shared my report with them. They ignored me for 10 days and then I had to make a fresh booking at literally double the usual price and travel back to Mumbai because of my visa restrictions. Then I asked them for a credit note which I can use for a different booking should I have to travel again anytime. They ignored that request. Then I managed to reach their call center and asked for a refund. They asked me to make my travel agent call them for that. Then they did not entertain them as well. I tried email, phone, twitter and facebook but was ignored everytime as if I and my concern doesn't exist. They are pathetic to say the least. They don't care about the customer complaints at all and that is evident by the number of complaints that are raised against by them on various platforms.

                                    It is impossible to examine such complaint objectively without the valid ticket and full set of correspondences, where the air carrier and the passenger were jointly involved.

                                    Also, the demand of the passenger is completely unclear.

                                      Dear Vistara team,

                                      I had made a flight reservation for my parents (2 adults) from Delhi to Mumbai for 09-Jan-2021 (UK 993, 13:50 departure, PNR # ROLHEN). For personal emergency reasons, we wanted to cancel this flight.
                                      I called your customer care today to enquire about the same. This call was made around 12:46 pm, the call length was 10 min. 43 secs. During this call, I enquired about the applicable penalty for cancellation of the flight. It was confirmed to me in the call that if the flight was cancelled before 72 hours (i.e. 13:50 on 6th Jan) prior to departure time (i.e. 13:50 on 9th Jan), ZERO cancellation charge will be applicable (Point-1). I even clarified this further by asking if any other extra tax will be levied, citing a clear example, to which I was confirmed that ZERO cancellation charge will be applicable.
                                      I then further enquired what the cancellation fee would be if the ticket was cancelled within the 72 hours. I was informed by the agent that Rs. 3000 will be applicable. To this, my next question was if this Rs. 3000 is applicable as "per passenger" or for the "PNR ticket". The customer care agent informed that cancellation fee of Rs. 3000 will be applicable for the full PNR, i.e. a total of Rs. 3000 for two passengers (Point-2).
                                      Post this discussion, we internally discussed amongst the family and then later in evening, I called the customer care to make the cancellation. I spoke to Ms. Meenakshi and I was told that Rs. 3000 + GST (150/-) per head, i.e. a total of Rs. 6300 will be levied to cancel the flight. I highlighted the conversation I had during the day where I was misguided by the agent with false statements. I requested Ms. Meenakshi to abide by the information shared, but my request was cancelled. Instead I was challenged that the agent perhaps did not misguide as the call notes had a mention about "customer briefed about cancellation as per fare rules". To this, I requested Ms. Meenakshi to refer to the call records as I am extremely sure about the conversation from noon today. I even requested her to connect me to the supervisor. I then requested her to share the contact details of the morning agent, so I could include her name in this complaint email. I was then told by Ms. Meenakshi that as per policy she can't connect me to the supervisor, and neither can she share contact name. I then challenged her to show the policy on the website, to which she eventually decided to ignore my request.
                                      We spent nearly 32 mins. on the call, but the discussion was futile as Ms. Meenakshi was only defensive about her agent. I want to highlight the following points here:
                                      1) I understand the fare rules stated. But to confirm those only, I had made a call in the afternoon. I have been misguided by the agent (not for one, but two main points), due to which I made internal change of plans. I deserve to be refunded completely upon cancellation.
                                      2) I have opened a query here to request Vistara to hear the call recording and confirm for themselves that I was misguided by the agent in the day. Query no. TCT[protected], for the call recording dated 5th Jan 12:46 pm. I have clearly highlighted on the call to Ms. Meenakshi, that I want my time to "freeze" here and I do not want to be subjected by Vistara to "apparent clarification delays" to thereby shift my cancellation to this 72 hour window, thereby making me not eligible for full refund.
                                      3) I request Vistara to owe up to their customer agents and take complete accountability for their words. In my urge to take this request beyond the usual customer email ID, I have taken the liberty to add Ms. Preeti (Nodal Officer) and Ms. Pooja (Appellate Authority) in CC.

                                      There is another reason why I have taken 45 minutes here to write this email. As a customer I am appalled by this complete Vistara experience. On 25th Dec 2020, when I booked this ticket, I made a genuine error by missing the final alphabet in my mother's name. I immediately sent an email to customer care to rectify the same. I got an auto-reply quoting a query response within 48 hours. Thereafter, I kept calling customer care every two days and kept sending multiple reminders. On every call, I was assured that within 2-3 hours I would get a response with the correct ticket, but it never happened. Eventually, when I lost all hopes from team Vistara, I stood my ground and decided not to hang-up the call, until I received the corrected ticket. This strong reaction at my end made me get the query resolved after numerous calls. I have attached my email thread here for your Management to take a look at how much follow-up a customer needs to do with Vistara customer care. In my last email, I even requested Vistara to file a complaint on my experience, to which I never got a revert, yet again.
                                      To conclude, this is an extremely disappointed customer who expects this experience to be corrected by getting the deserved complete refund. In the process, I expect team Vistara to resolve this before 12 noon on 6ht Jan, so the cancellation is conducted within 72 hours.

                                        My PNR was SASNLU
                                        I was suppose to fly with Air Vistara on 23rd December 2020 from Ahmedabad to London Heathrow. Due to Government ban, all flights were cancelled from 22nd December 2020 night, I have called air vistara so many time since 21st December 2020 regarding this issue but they told me that I will not get any refund. When I counter that saying government told airline to do so than rudely guy on the other side told me that get this from government in writing than talk to us.
                                        They also told me that because flight were cancelled now I have to pay £125.00 + fare difference which was at that time £1, 300.00 on economy one way from AMD to LHR. this is rip off. rather then helping people out they took advantage of situation and keep taking all money out of customer's pocket.
                                        I checked my vistara account today and all my booking history got vanished. it looks like I have never traveled or booked with them before.
                                        I have complained to air vistara in writing on an email, after 5 days and 2 reminders no reply from them where their customer standard saying that they will reply in 24-48 hours.
                                        I have no clue where to go for my money????? As I am back to UK and they do not have any local UK number for customer care, I have to pay fortune to contact them. Please get me out of this thug air line with 0 customer service.
