pls Resolved this problem.
When I was traveling from Udaipur Airport to New Delhi Airport. When I checked in from Udaipur Airport. When the condition of my bag was fine, M and my team were waiting for the flight at the Waiting Hall Gate 3 Vistara flight.
Then Rahul ji came to us. Those who had checked in my bag said that your bag has got a dent. So we want you to take a Receving from me. --- Receving for what. - There is a dent on your bag. I refused to do the Receving. Because my bag was not dented.
After that, you start speaking, don't complain, your bag has got beaten up. . So you will get to check out CCTV photos, after that you will know that after that, we refused to do the receving when we will be receving again after that when we arrive at the New Delhi airport and we are going to collect the bag-Belt-3 .
After that I asked the Vistara team member that I have to raise complain, Beg has got a dent.
The Vistara team said you go to the Vistara counter-Reception, give a complaint to it.. He checked the dent on the Beg .
He said that you should send the mail drop to [protected]@vistara.com. After that, i drop a mail [protected]@vistara.com dated on 22 march 2021 . After that i call toll free no.[protected] But on the call, he told that you have a response in 48 hours.I kept waiting yours side.
If any information require pls tell me. I provided with all proof Biils, Ticket Etc.
If you have any doubts, then you can check the CCTV Photos check of March 21, both Udaipur and New Delhi Airport.
