Tata Sky — Customer care team approach | |||||
Dear respected authority, I ms. Jyotiba jadeja would like to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service experience which i have been given by tata sky team. I am a loyal tata sky customer own's 2 set-top box with id [protected] ( my home ) and [protected] ( my parents home ). Today on 17-mar-2016 at 15:00 hrs i called tata sky team on +[protected] to bring an issue to their notice which i and my parents facing from so many days. We are facing an issue that channel no 895 ( sandesh news ) and channel 151 ( home shop 18 ) are not coming from few days. Hence, i tried to call relevant team and every time when my phone gets connected agent comes on line and phone gets disconnected. After lots of trouble i was able to speak to one customer service agent name mr. Ravi to whom i described my problem. In reply, i have been advise that they need to send some technician to my home to check my set-top box for which i will be charged for their customer service. In reply i asked why i have to pay such charges without doing anything. I advise him that as we have not done anything so why we are been forced the pay such charges. In reply, he said they checked everything there is no problem on their side, hence there something wrong with our device and if want to solve issue i have to pay charges. Therefore, i requested him to transfer my call to come one higher authority. Hence, my call has been transferred to mr. Jaydeep (Sr dept.) from mithapur, again same i explained him my problem which i am facing. The person was bit arrogant and was not ready to listen to my issue and my views. At last we have been advice that we have done something wrong to our device due to which we are facing such issue and we have to pay charges. Hence, i explained him last time that how can same problem occurred to 2 different device located at 2 difference places ( distance between my home and my parents home 10km ). But officials are not ready to accept, only one statement i have to pay charges. Hence, i thanked him for his ridicules service and finished my call. Now after this hilarious response i am planning to shift myself to other service provider who values their customers. Also, i am railway official so will share my experience with my team and other family members to think if they are using or planning to go for tata sky. Hoping to receive proper justification from tata sky team and have to say such a pathetic untrained customer care team. Congratulation for losing your loyal tata sky customer.
