Have you ever given grace period If I fail to pay the amount on the due date, No, you disconnected immediately. Suddenly She started screaming like no I cant payback your money...No argument...I thought I am speaking with TATA GROUP granddaughter... Then I asked her If you cant then connect me with right
person. No answer. No solution...

person spoken in english and other one in hindi. That's all. I trust TATA is a geniune company because I am having
VIDEOCON DTH still its on another portion, whenever I got problem with them suddenly I felt why I am taking this company instead of standard company. but that is proved wrong, One time I fought with
VIDEOCON DTH, then Immediately The area Manager came to my home and resolved the problem, still I am having the email about the complaint(direct contact with them) I told them I am going to move another DTH because of the problem which I was facing with them, BUT still I didnt change the
videocon dth because of their service. Now I realised which is the best one, compare with
videocon dth TATA SKY IS zero [protected] hundred times zero...

Finally my problem was resolved by
AIRTEL DTH employee... while he has come to my home to install my new
AIRTEL DTH, He fixed that, Even he didn't know the frequency about the
TATASKY by the way like 80's method "someone adjust antenna and someone say the result like got it or not sitting nearby TV but one difference we were using MOBILE PHONE that was not possible on that old days" Now I have got big confusion on make decision which one I WANT TO keep
AIRTEL OR
TATASKY BECAUSE I LOOSE 1630+20(TIPS) for new
airtel dth and rs700 i spent on my previous recharge with
TATA SKY AND
tata sky connection rupees. Who loose. I am the only one.
Waste of consumer complaints website and waste of
tata sky...
In this INDIA everyone is corner whoever get power and money they can do anything. Nothing is perfect. One time I filed a complaint to NHRC related my life, no answer like I filled complaint to dead meat. even NHRC was silence that time, compare with them what are you guys gonna do cause this is a very silly matter but you need my money...
