Tata Sky — Exploitation from Tata Sky

Dear Sir/Madam, We are facing below issues listed with Tata sky company from quite a long time. Subscriber ID [protected] Account Status Active 1. Channels not available 2. Did not deactivate the offer package even after requesting for the same. 3. Once offer is over they continue to charge normal activation fees without informing. 4. Staff is rude: Disconnected phone abruptly 1. Channels not available: All Regional language channels(Marathi in this case) are most of the time not available from past 4 months.Error coming as 'No signal' Also, when signal is present channels are not continuously available (Many times screen becomes blank momentarily). Also, for all the offers we avail they continue to charge normal fees once offer is over but services are not available. Currently, for the offer English Channel package we are not able to see any of the English channels and they have still continued to charge normal fees for the same. Last time also, same issue happened with HD channels. Not a single HD channel was active and still they charged 125/- for 2 months. Later after police complaint warning they have reverted unnecessary charge for HD channel package 2. Did not deactivate the offer package even after requesting for the same. I had avail English channel package on 14th March 'English Entertainment J-Sat Mar15 Pack' costing 1 Rs for a month. Once offer is over, they have started charging me 60/- from next month. Hence, I have requested them to deactivate the offer to which they denied. They said scheme is under lock in period and system do not allow them to discontinue. Where in, I have been informed at the time of availing this offer pack, charges for English channels will be per day basis once offer periods is over till further intimation. So, I do not understand which lock in period they were talking about. Now this is Tata sky system issue which should not be my concern unless they are not charging me excessively for their system issue. On top of that, they have asked me to call again on 14th May to deactivate the service. Tata sky believes we are free to follow up all the services and their offers and keep calling them on the numbers provided which are not even toll free. 3. Once offer is over they continue to charge normal activation fees without informing. In continuation with issue2, whenever we avail any offer pack as soon as offer period is over they continue to charge normal fees without informing whether we want to continue it or not. Their system do not support such facility neither they show account details on TV screen and they expect us to keep track of offers and their validity manually. 4. Staff is rude: Disconnected phone abruptly While calling to customer care numbers (which are not Toll Free), to discontinue any service they keep transferring calls for their respective departments and every time they ask reason behind discontinuation and try to convince. And for every call transfer we forced to repeat the entire story. And today, they gave system issue for not to deactivate the service( Lock in Period) I have asked to call seniors/supervisors. And response we got as call disconnection. Kindly, look into this matter positively. There is no one in my family who is earning (My husband is retired person and I am a housewife.)
