I got a call from tata sky representative who gave me the information regarding the annual pack. He told me to get my recharge done using paytm and told me that if i do that i will get a coupon of 2000₹. I beleiev d in what he said and got my tata sky recharged as the offer appealed me. The representative of tata sky told me that i will get my coupon code on my registered email address or phone no within 24hours. I did not get any coupon, which i was promised initially. I called up tata sky customer care many times, spoke to many representatives their, spoke to even the senior, but they all were not able to help me out, they are not giving me the cuopon which i was suppose to get.
