Tata Sky — Low quality hardware | |||
My Tata Sky set top box was replaced a week before finishing it's warranty period which was in Jan'16. New box was replaced with one month warranty. But in short span again there was a signal issue rather than accepting it as set top box issue company guys just mafe sure time period to get elapsed and once warranty got over they adviced me to replace box again. Now I have to pay ₹300 for another box. Why are we getting charge for sub standard hardwares supplied by company. If their boxes are breaking down at such a freequent pace how would I rely on them if this box will not breakdown in future. Engineer visiting home also says these are repaired boxes can breakdown any time. I have one Airtel connection and one videocon as well but have never faced any this type of problem. With Tata Sky, it seems to be like sometime their set top box either dish or either something else required repairs. I would like to raise this issue because this is a clear concise of company and its service centers to loot easy money out of its customers pockets by providing them sub standard materials.
