[Resolved] Tata Sky — made payment but does not show recharge done successfully | |||||
Hello, I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against tata sky at your level because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed. Issue not resolved from past 15 days. No response from higher authority also. I have done a recharge to my tata-sky on 1st nov, 2017 (12.10am) of rs400 but it has not been recharged to tata-sky but got deducted from account. I have done the recharge using mvisa pay through payzapp app. I have checked with the hdfc team and they said that the transaction has been done. Below are all the details: Data and time of recharge done - 1st nov, 2017 - 12.10am Payzap appp phone number - [protected] (Payzap linked hdfc a/c - [protected]) Hdfc account money deducted from - [protected] (Akshay gir) Tatasky subscriber id - [protected] Mobile number - [protected] (Randhir gir - tatasky a/c holder name) Screenshots added. Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest. Never got a proper reply from the 1st point of executive though requesting many times. After waiting for 14 days i had specifically written to their senior team, who chose to ignore the emails.
