[Resolved]  Tata Sky — money debited but not recharged

I have recharged my Tatasky online and the money was debited from my account.
I did the recharge through Google pay.

The recharge did not happen, and the bill desk says transaction failed and to recharge again.

Please refund my money or recharge my account.
