Dear sir/ mam I made a rechare of rs 299 on tata sky acc using my online sbi acc. Money is deducted but not credit to tata sky acc. And i didnt get refund so far. Date 06. Apr.2020 Tata sky acc:[protected] My sbi acc: [protected] Name : aman deep singh Trans ref no: ihm4693872 Later on i made another recharge of rs 299 on 7. Apr. 2020, which is well credited. I have paid the monthly recharge amount via Paytm successfully but its not reflected in the tata sky account.
The amount is debited from my bank account.
Could you please check the same and reflect/refund back.
