Tata Sky — My payment not processed online

Dear Sir, On 24-12-15 i recharged my tatasky account online using my HDFC credit card. I generally use my fathers debit card but this time i used my credit card. After completing entire payment process the screen showed up an error stating " Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries." What should i do now ? Pls reply at the following email address [protected]@rediffmail.com Thanks Regards Shilpi Agnani
