[Resolved] Tata Sky — not refunding my amount | |||
I am mr. Pavankumar, booked tatasky connection on 25th may 2019 due to one of your executive who gave false commitments to sell the product. I have done the payment of 2200/- using paytm. Then, i was allocated with a technician for installation and he played with me like anything saying that he will come for installation and he won't (Happend many times with in 2 days). He tortured me for 2 days and then i decided to cancel the connection. I myself followed up with tatasky customer care couple of times regarding my refund.
