[Resolved] Tata Sky — Payment deducted but hadn't got recharge | |||
On 29th April 2021 i paid a amount of 300 via. Google Pay and the amount got debited from my account but till date hadn't got any recharge, i tried reaching customer care and they assured to help but at last nothing happened and they just denied about the transaction(I am having Gpay receipt as a proof that amount has been successfully paid to Tata Sky On 2 july 2021 i did one more recharge of 300rs through their app via. Paytm this time also similar thing happened amount got duducted but hadn't got any recharge nor refund Summary: In a span of 3 months 2 recharges worth rs 300+300 got failed, one time it can be by mistake or might be some error during transaction or might be a mistake from google pay but second time i paid using Paytm and similar thing happened which concludes its not a error from our side its a error from Tata Sky's side Plz help me with this issue TATA SKY ID: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
