[Resolved] Tata Sky — Refund o[censored]nsuccessful recharge amount | |
My tatasky user ID: 136427 On 19 May 2021 my recharge of Rs.309 was unsuccessful vide TC.No.[protected] and TC No.[protected]. This recharge transaction was made through Mytatasky app on mobile. My UCO bank debited the amount. I think this money has gone to tatasky other branch. The result has come from Tatasky by SMS saying your transaction was unsucessful and the money deducted will be credited to bank within 7 working days. But til to-date the amount of Rs.309 has not returned to Bank. So kindly solve this problem and be sure the amount be credited to bank immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
