Hi,
My subscriberid: [protected]. I paid amount 5 days back but still no one came and not installed tata sky. This is very bad and ever faced this situation with any once else.

I called customer care so many times but no proper answer and issue is not yet solved.

Then why you told you will fix the connection within 4hrs?.
Please solve this issue at the earliest

Didn't get my recharge :-)
I have purchased Annual TATA SKY subscription pack and made payment on 24/07/2015 for Rs. 5140/- vide ref. no - HDFC[protected], from my HDFC Bank account, however my services are disconnected before completion of one year. need investigation ans support
