[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky settop box not receiving signal only for 80 to 90 % channels

Fed up with tata sky services. First of all this is one of the most expensive service providers in dth. And in beginning of this month for 8 to 10 days service was getting interrupted due to sun outage and now maybe because of covid 19 we are unable to see 90%of channels from selected pack. We are getting error as your tata sky box is not receiving signal due to bad weather. Really if weather is issue then it should be for all channels not selected channels. We are able to see only 10% of subscribed channels. Another thing is it happens only in day time. If issue is with dish or wires then in night time also we should get issue. But night time we can see all subscribed channels. If you are not giving waiver in your charges due to covid 19 to your subscribers then all we expect is uninterrupted services by dth provider in this lockdown period. Most irritating thing is they have no one at service helpline number to speak as well. My subriber id is - [protected]

Inorder to rechrg Discovery Hd 713, I just rechrged my tata sky account by scanning Bharat Qr available in the tata sky recharge section. The recharge was done but it is not reflected in my tata sky account. Please take up the issue and do the needful.

I didn't recharge for 6 months. Now I recharged I am able view the channel..it is showing this is the song care for this set top box pairing error, request to check and resolve immediately
