[Resolved] Tata Sky — tatasky payment sent. they are not giving statement nor are giving by email that they have not received bank url payment | |||
Tatasky subscriber id[protected] Not giving in writing that they have not received my bank payment made on 19th dec 2019 of rs 963/-="upi/billdeskbqr/[protected]/monthly pay" ="upi[protected]" from my a/c kotak sb ending 2202. To avoid cutting of my tatasky tv connection i again paid them on 24th dec 2019 n ="os[protected]" ="kpg-[protected]". My pdf bank statement also sent to them. Either they refund money or they give me credit note as i have been debitted twice from my kotak account. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, there is no way to send a reply to their SMS that they are telling incorrect things. Request Tatasky that i will try my best to approach Mr.Tata through twitter if matter not resolved.
