Tata Sky — Terrible service | |||
After repeated mails to nodalofficer, help and I haven't received any service yet. Still I am not finding signal and no service engineer visited. My request I16C36 not getting signal 1-[protected] for deactivating connection No body attended until now. This kind of arrogance from a corporate DTH like TATA is not acceptable. I am customer of TATASKY for last 8 years (2007 to 2014). Paying 6000/- per year, but you really deserve that ? This much of poor service . 1. Nobody attended on sunday for my call on saturday even you are providing 24/7 service. 2. For deactivation service no body called me until now. 3. Today I came to know that they closed my saturday call with service engineer confirmation, is there any no need of call to customer and ask him whether issue fixed at his end or not ? service engineer response is more important than the customer who complain-ted ? 4. No body is not feeling responsible or guilty for providing this much of poor service from saturday and still even customer suffering with no signal, you people are not caring anything and no individual person taking responsibility and fallowing this issue. 5. Help desk people are keep saying " immediately you will get service " and disconnecting the call, and same waiting for days together. 6. You are not providing me the chance to disconnect your tatasky connection and choose another DTH like AIRTEL or VIDEOCON, because of your customer I have to suffer with such type of poor service. 7. You are not capable of providing good service like other DTH and also not able to left us for our wish. 8. On today call one help desk lady told me to mail [protected]@tatasky123, but it is not valid mail id. think about your customers, you can not survive years together by dumping in this way. You must address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite work on the signal issue you are facing.
