With this i would like to bring in your kind notice that iam using a Tata
Photon Max Wi-fi Dongle from last couple of months with capping plan
@950 P/M my concern is to bring in your notice o[censored]nprofessional
behavior of your customer care representatives they don't know how to
deal with a unsatisfied customer now i would like to explain you my
complaint briefly i took this wi fi dongle couple of months back but
from starting i facing speed issues in wi fi mode as well as in with
my laptop i complained so may times about the same to your customer
care dept. but they always promised me to get back on the same within
4 working Hrs but till the date i haven't receive any call from them
so i complained about the same today also to check my complaint status
which was raised by me in Sep.15 and i came to know that my complaint
has been closed with the remarks that they had a words with Ms.
Shaveta Soni she is my wife but when i inquired about the same she
said i didn't received not a single call from them and they closed the
complaint with fake remarks now you just give me one reason to use
your services further because iam really pissed off with your services
and i harassed by you people like anything now i want you to look into
this matter on top priority also iam not interested in your services anymore and need my refund which i have paid from last 4 months for services
