Tata Teleservices — Wrong postpaid plan activated

Below is my case details

Hi,
Please find the attached screen shot of the corporate plan - c. I was told this plan but i got bill for different plan which is for normal customers.

How does people believe your service. I have closed my old postpaid number [protected] and bought a new.#. Reason for buying new one is you people are neither responding nor changing the plan. That's y i closed it. For the new one also you are playing games like advertising some other plan and bill shows some other plan. Do you accept if these things happens for u. What shud i do.. I wanna file a case against this. I have all the call recording and the relevant mails with me.

They sold me two sim cards of corporate plan stating 93000 secs local and std. 50 sms per day national and local. I hv a mail copy which i received from them.
However when i received bill the tariff was completely different. I tried calling them they are not even answering my call.
After some 100rings someone answered and said im not responsible for this. Someone issued from my team and left office how come im responsible for that.
When i shout at dem dey are equally shouting at me. Is this the way they handle customer. I hv been cheated and i hv been getting scoldings from them. They are raising voice on me like" hold your tongue."
I dint abuse them i just raised my voice since they attended my call after some 100 rings.
Please temme how to take action against them.
I need justice atleast from your side. Being a tata employee i'm facing these sort of nonsense.
We hv many problems in each and everyone life. If you face these sort of issues even after being paid how you could digest?.
They hv been cheating customers for achieving targets. Misleading the information and selling out the product. Who will take action against them?
I[censored] really consider my case handle it with emotion.

Due to no action taken from your customer service for changing plan i had to disconnect the number. Now i hv bought new sim cards. Still im facing issues. What shall i do.?

Hi Team,

I have posted the required document yesterday toTata Teleservices Ltd. 283&284, Prince Info City 2, 13th. Floor, RajivGandhi Salai, . Kandanchavadi, Chennai-600096 . I have been trying to reach the person GURU [protected] to update the same, but no luck every time its says busy. Kindly make the amendments on my plan ASAP. My service has bee barred im unable to make calls from couple of weeks.
