I filled all the details in a registration form and after submission, it gave a message that you are not eligible, by mistake i filled my graduation percentage wrong, I tried again and register with correct data, it showed a message that you are already registered try to login with your registration ID....

I worked in Tech Mahindra from 20th Feb 2019 to 30th April 2019 and then I absconded.
Later I got mail for settlement to get service letter, Now I'm ready for the settlement and need service letter.

Hello, hope you are doing well! I have registered on the ecampus techM portal and it said that you have already login with your registered id and pin but I didn't receive any email from it. I didn't get sny registered confirmation mail or any id/pin mail and now I m unable to log in to the portal! Just for knowledge I carefully checked my email and spam folder too! Please tell me how to resolve this issue! Please let me know ASAP!
