[Resolved]  Techprocess Payment Services -hathway Broadband — amount deducted for hathway broadband through techprocess but not recharged

Hi techprocess payment service team,

Today 12th may, i have made online payment of rs.3182 for hathway broadband through techprocess gateway payment. Amount has been deducted from my axis bank account but payment was not made to hathway broadband and connection is not active.

Checked with axis bank and the customer service said the transaction is successful from bank end and its with techprocess payment service gateway.

Have also checked with hathway customer care and they informed they still have not received payment.

Hathway broadband account no:[protected] with txn id [protected]_[protected].

Axis ac no:[protected]

Please make a refund asap or make the payment against my hathway broadband account asap. Kindly do the needfull.
