At the time of courier they told that parcel will be delivered to you on wednesday as they also told they will cnage the coolant at kolhapur as i havent delivered me today as told by you..if they have not changed coolent it will be damage and of no use if it is damage you have to pay for the Products

I would like to raise a complaint with regards to your courier service. I have given my parcel which is a second hand laptop with Tez suraksha on 12th July and i was assured that it would be delivered in 4 days duration.

Following which lockdown started in Pune, so local agent told that the parcel is stuck in solapur and will be delivered by 31st July.

My multiple proactive followup with multiple staff members and over a call center number, it was revealed that parcel is still in Pune office as of today (30july) and tomarrow it will be reaching Latur office.

Whomever I contacted till now, including local office staff, call center guys, all are not happy to answer my queries and no one want to really work and try to find out where is my parcel.

It's been more than 18days that my parcel is stuck because of negligence of overall staff. Not sure how many more days it will now take to deliver my parcel. The overall experience is worst.

I dispatched courier (Vide pod[protected] on 08.10.2019 from roha, raigad location to thane (Around 150 kms) which is still not received. Online tracking showing last update of 09.10.2019 as out for scan. These are urgent docs to avail a loan to meet some urgent medical and personal expenses. My loan is putted on hold and due dates of my payment will be over on monday (14.10.2019). I will definitely go upto court for compensation if i fail to pay my dues on or before expiry.

My parcel has been booked vide consignment no 17149463 dt[protected], till today i did not receive this parcel, i am black listing this courier services, their services are very much bad, moreover no tracking systems are available, phones are given from remote places like kolhapure. I am going to give reviews in google as well so that others should aware of the facts.

I have send the courier to my son at college hostel, courier consignment no.[protected] which was and important documents which needs to reach to him by today i. E. 12.09.19. As he is an student, your courier condinator has called him to collect the parcel from center jaisingpur which is far from college. If you are not going to send today itself will be going to consumer forum regarding the person from your well not so reputated company.

I couriered rakhis from tej couriers service, located in godambe chauk, rahatani, pune-411017. Agents seated there confirmed that courier will be delivered in 3 day so i couriered it on 10th aug 2019. After 3 days i have called them 20-30 times till now but they are not replying (They replied 2-3 times) or there mobile coming switched off. Even on week days when i called there mobile is coming switched off. I tried to track online, but its not working. I tried to submit my query on tej courier's site but site is not accepting that as well.in all way, i am frustrated and it become headache form me. I find some numbers online and surprisingly no one is picking up the phone. Finally, agent from sangli picked up my phone i asked for track id but not sure whether it will work or not as already agent from rahatani did the same. I think is this service is deceiving people. Very bad service, i will most worst & 3rd class service.

Worst service ever lost my 1kg parcel which is shipped to jalgaon from khopoli on 1st july.

Vadhi offoce people is saying they have forwarded on 2nd july. But jalgaon people saying they did not received any parcel.

The more worst is their vashi office people not proper cordination at all..

Actually sender has packed 24 nos of mangoes in said packet and received at my end only 19 nos. I. E. 5 nos short.
Aforesaid parcel was sent from chiplun to sanpada location
Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me with the quickest solution.

Courier doc no 13532885 dtd 09/05/2019 Consignor Sachin Patwardhan Sion, Mumbai mob-[protected] Consignee - Pradip Patwardhan Ratnagiri mob .[protected]. I have booked mango parcel of 3 doz for home delivery by paying Rs 350/- at Tej courier Ratnagiri office the said office committed to deliver the parcel within 2 days but actually by doing continuously follow up with Ratnagiri and sion office parcel delivered on 5th day i.e. on 13/05/2019 after 9.00 p.a. all mangoes were in rotten condition. The loss due to this bad service is Rs 1000/- 3 doz mango Rs 200/- per doz total Rs 600/-, Paper carton box for mango Rs 50/- and courier charges paid to tej courier ratnagiri Rs 350/- (for home delivery) I have photos of rotten mangoes and all call recording did with Tej courier office.
I am to file claim for this loss

I have docket number[protected] which I wanted to courier from pune to dombivali on 23 march 2019. It has been 2 weeks still the courier is not received at given destination address plus Me and receiver both have not got call from courier boy -name is Anil : [protected].

I tried to contact customer care of Tej courier person but he told me it will be delivered but still there is no acknowledgment from courier company side.

My receipt no is 13334910. Origin sion mumbai and destination pune karvenagar. Courier date 13th feb 2019.

This is very disgusting that you guys have promised that my parcel will get delivered to pune by 14th feb 2019 it's 16th feb 2019 and nor pune staff nor mumbai staff have where about of my parcel. Your pune staff is saying that they have not received the parcel and mumbai staff is saying the parcel is delivered at pune office.

Is this kind of service you guys give to your customer??? Worst customer care service worst delivery service. Your customer care people don't answer call after several calls.

You guys take money from us for home delivery service and what you do?? You misplace our parcel??? Is this kind of behaviour you guys have???

I want my parcel either to be delivered to pune or returned to mumbai by monday any how. Other wise i will lodge a complain in consumer court against you and your useless staff.

My courier[protected] reached pune on 11th dec. They didn't even contact me once and said my office was closed on 'tuesday" which is not at all possible

[protected] lady on this phone picks up the phone but keep on chitchating with her friends, doesn't respond on call and cuts the phone.

No response yet from pune and dhule branch

On friday, 6th october 2018, parcel was given to tej couriers in kolhapur to deliver that in pune. And tej courier committed to deliver that parcel on saturday, 7th of october.
Now its tuesday[protected], and yet we didn't receive that parcel. I request you to take necessary action to this situation. And also take care that this will not happen again in future. Tracking no:12008945

Our relative book a small parcel from jalgaon to pune for me via tej courier pod no 15712107 on 25th september 2018.
After long follow-up on 1st october we found that courier was delivered to watchman on 26th. When we check we found it's falls information which updated on website. Same day courier we received after long fight. Pathetic experience.
We never recommend this to anyone in entire life. Deley will agree but forge of sign on pod never acceptable.
