Hello,
I owner of artorium, the colour world. Panaji. Goa, booked one envelope for my supplier m/s modern paper store, pune. As on 26.06.2017, docket no 40159728.
Address is simple and very famous, (Near kesari wada) narayan peth, pune.
Both sender and receivers mobile number were mentioned on envelope.
Today is 2nd july 5.00 pm, but courier is delivered. Nobody from tej is responding. Not local branch of panaji or mobile numbers of pune even i tried head office number of kolhapur. There are very important paper samples in packet, which i have to return to my client within 2 days.
I am very much disappointed with services. And i feel tej courier is traveling towards gpt and mohan travels in d growth.

We are siddharth auto engineers pvt. Ltd, dealer of jcb. We send fip (Fuel injection pump) from our latur branch to lucas india service ltd, at dapodi pune for warranty purpose. Docket no. 15520911 dtd - 27.04.2018 they recd on dtd-30.05.2018 but they told us fip was not in the box. For reference please see attached docket receipt. Your latur office said we send & despatch to lucas india service ltd, pune. But lucas india service ltd said we are not received any pump on that docket. Tej courier not mention weight on docket so issue created.
I request you please solve & despatch fip as early as possible. Because customer want to return his under warranty pump. Problem occur from one month.

Last month at date 10/4/18 I had send one parcel from your narayangaon office to Bangalore destination but it will not reach to desired location yet... after that I am tracking my courier continuesly till today by visiting to your narayangaon branch office last whole month continue..but there is no positive response from your representative and give me excuses every time... please take proper action against my complaint

Recently we booked parcel to be delivered from ratnagiri to pune with tej coriers. They delived only 1 box out of 2. And when you ask about the compensation their feedback is so worst that it seems they dont care about doing business. At least we hope to get something from this platform. We tried discussing with staff but so worst and arrogant people. Worst experience ever.

I have 20 years reletion in your satara office my ac was their named as sai associates financial services 2 years back i closed my ac and give daily couries on cash payment on friday 4 th may i give couries in name of priti jadhav my office partner one from mistakely missed by me then iam want to add from on that couries but your satara branch manager not taken and says that he dont need business you go another couries its very bad i dont want to give you business also my financial sector i am going to close my friends ac in your satara office branch

Sir, my parcel has arrived at kudal office. Last 5/6 days... My address is just 2 min away from office. I am out of station. But my family is there. You are not giving delivery... Your courier boy doesn't have mob. To call me... He said that they are not allowed to use mobile to call customer.
What third class service is this... Your staff is very arrogant, irresponsible,

Hi i have given money and my parcel to yogesh from your company in andher west and he is not given me any paper work and taken my parcel and now he is not answeing any phone i am not sure what to do should i go and file a police complaint as this belong to your company hes number is [protected] please help me urgent.

My company couriered parcel to me from tej courier on 21st august 2017. Still on 13 sep the courier is no delivered while i contacted to the office they said that we cant deliver at the area it will take more time... How much time this guys require to courier one parcel while it is almost 20 days.. Worst service ever i have found.
And they tell me that come to our office and collect it if you want it early.. Kindly resolve my issue.. They are taking charges for delivery and still they dont deliver this means they are looting us and making us foools

On tuesday 29th june 2017 i couriered envelop from kolhapur to gurgaon by tej courier doc. No[protected] and due to no service in gurgaon tej courier merge from mumbai in your skypack express courier in date 30th june 2017 doc no=[protected] so as per online tracking it showing deliverd on 3rd jully but physically courier not delivered.
So i continuously contact to mr. Vivek ph-[protected] (Skypack express, gurgaon) & he informed that docket reached to him on 3rd july 2017 at 4.00pm (Evening).

His boy picked-up packet for delivery on 5th july 2017, and he dropped the packet as he is not having any records / pod with him.
We are continuously asking for pod finally pod not available hence courier not delivered, but in your system it mention delivered on 3rd july2017 how it possible???
Finally today on 14th july 2017 same courier delivered in our gurgaon office by your delivery boy.
I couriered some important financial document with is important to reach within time that’s way we facing a lot of problems because late delivery who is responsible for this loss??

We are totally disappoint for this and will take action you

One parcel of mangos booked vide docket no 59503102 ddo 22nd May from Shivgiri Dharwad recd at solapur on 25th May in very poor and worst conditions which we have to destroy fully as it can't be eatable Please do take care while sending these type of courier in future as customers have paid huge amount for this If you can't fulfill customers wish how your business will grow. Always remember customers are god

I have requested ICICI Bank for re issue of my Debit card due to old card is not working. Bank has released card thru Tej courier on 30.12.2016 (Curier no AWB[protected]. On 04 .01.2017, i got email from Bank that courier got returned due to door lock.

This wass wrong case where everyday and every minute some one available at my house then also how the courier company say "door closed"

Now i am following with multiple numbers to get my card.

This is really harrashment due to the person who not delivered me courier and given wrong feedback.

I have couriered documents to Bhopkhel Pune on 26 th Oct 2016 but it has not yet delivered as of 2 Nov 16, I have contactd several branches of pune tej courier serviice nobody is able to give me exact information about the documents.Half of the time those people wont pickup the phone if they picked up they will give u another number to contact for tracking instead of doing it themselves.
KIndly note that Its an important documents cannot be reissued .
Requesting u to kindly look into the matter and do the needful

We were expecting an urgent courier from goa to mumbai. The shipment was supposed to be delivered by tuesday 18th, 2016. Now, we have been persistently following up with you guys, and we come to know that the courier had been delivered at a wrong address by the delivery guy. Then the staff informs that we will get back to you in an hour. Then very conveniently they do not receive the calls. Finally, when they pick up the call, they very casually inform us that it is lost.

The mental harassment of calling you guys again and again, and the constant mental harassment when you guys don't receive the calls is too much. Not only mental harassment, we have lost thousands of rupees. We are not at all ready to take any financial loss, just because of your negligence and we-care-a-damn attitude.

How are you planning to reimburse/refund us?

Dear sir,
I had handed over my documents for courier on 25th july 2016 from ghatkopar, this document was supposed to be delivered to an office at kurla nehru nagarm mumbai, office timings are from 9.30am to 7pm.
After repeated conversation on phone to [protected] my grievance is not being addressed.
First reason given was nobody at home, i commented that its not a home its an office. Second reason given was courier person was not available.

Then they said that it will be delivered in 1st half of 28th july 2016.

Now they assure that doc will be delivered in 30 minutes.


My document has still not been delivered.

My icici bank bounce cheque supposed to deliver me by tej courier. Bank handover my docket to tej courier on 22nd apr 2016 and for the same bank also send me email. Till 28th april, within city, tej could not deliver to me that docket. On 28th april 2016, i called almost 20 time and each time they are giving me new number to contact. What a pathetic service and finally i had to pickup that docket personally from their kasarwadi branch.

Tej courier should be punished for such pathetic service and harassment to customer.

Cheque no. 656174 has returned and has been dispatched to residential address through tej courier courier, awb 59809120 on 13-apr-16 but yet not delivered to mentioned address

The delivery guy called me up and said he cant deliver on the given address can you give some other address. I gave my house address. Than he said you will have to come and collect from your society main gate as watchman does not allow him to get in. I said give me a call when you reach there i will tell the watchman. Later he said i cant deliver it to you today i am far away. I said fine deliver on monday. Than in about 20 mins he called up and said i am almost at your gate can you come down. I requested him to come upstairs and door deliver he refused and said i got parcel today because you wanted it early, come down and take it, i cant deliver upstairs. Shame on the tej couriers. Document number :- 1391834 A parcel was sent from jaipur to pune on 6th of august. At pune, on denial of delivering the parcel in hinjewadi it park area, i gave them my home address i. E.In wakad area. As told, the delivery boy came on 12th aug. Obviously, it was a weekday and i was not at home. We, customers, specially mention our contact details in case of our non-availaibility. And the delivery boy doesnt have any sense to call and ask where the person is. On talking to their operations manager, mr. Praveen from kasarwadi, pune, the surprising reply was, we dont call anyone. If it is closed, then we return the parcel. You can take the parcel from our office else the parcel is going back to jaipur. I just want the complaint to reach to the owner/prop. Of the company, so that they may know how their company is functioning.
