Recently we booked parcel to be delivered from ratnagiri to pune with tej coriers. They delived only 1 box out of 2. And when you ask about the compensation their feedback is so worst that it seems they dont care about doing business. At least we hope to get something from this platform. We tried discussing with staff but so worst and arrogant people. Worst experience ever....

Sir, my parcel has arrived at kudal office. Last 5/6 days... My address is just 2 min away from office. I am out of station. But my family is there. You are not giving delivery... Your courier boy doesn't have mob. To call me... He said that they are not allowed to use mobile to call customer.

My company couriered parcel to me from tej courier on 21st august 2017. Still on 13 sep the courier is no delivered while i contacted to the office they said that we cant deliver at the area it will take more time... How much time this guys require to courier one parcel while it is almost 20 days.. Worst service ever i have found.
