I have not received an delivery on time I called in at your office number [protected]. On friday, and i was told that the delivery boy has already taken the delivery. However i have not received again i called in on monday i was told the same and also told that the delivery boy have take the courier and his phone is not reachable. This is reason that was given to be. I also have the call recording of the above conversation. Courier number :- 0356271

The courier person does not call nor confirms about the delivery. I have been waiting for the consignment since last 10 days and after these many days they say short of address. I don't why are they running a courier service if they cannot locate a address and when there are phone numbers mentioned why don't they call.
This is really a pathetic service provided

    I booked 2 bus ticket from ratnagiri to mumbai 15 days before the journey date. But this ghatge patl operator called me on the journey day to inform that the bus is cancelled and they are not going to arrange for another bus. After arguing they arranged for another bus which was third class name was national bus but they gave me last seat due to which i cant sleep all night.

      Hi, Icici bank send courier by tej courier service, from mumbai to pune but delivery boy attend only once at home and they send my courier return to bank. Even if while doing delivery they never called me. I dont know why they are not doing duty properly My docket no: 57265990 Regards Sandip kawale

      Tej Courier Karad Branch Manager not good communication to customers & courier office delivery not in time

      The delivery boy has taken the courier for delivery 6 days ago and still not delivered. His phone number is switched off and I even visited the place where he sits but no one knows him there. None of the contact Numbers given on Tej courier website are answering to any of my calls. What am I supposed to do in such situation ? No liability from Tej courier side. This guys don’t understand how important it is for the customer. Please help as soon as possible

        I shipped a chair through ghatge patil transport on jan 28th. I was told that the chair would be delivered within 10 days. I paid for the chair and the transport (Rs 4, 150) in full on jan 30th to the vendor of the chair, sri kumaran industries. After 20 days, i have still not received the chair. Every time i call ghatge patil transport or sri kumaran industries, i am asked to call someone else, who asks me to call someone else, and so on. Since feb 4th, i am promised that the chair will be delivered in a day or two. There is no action on the part of ghatge patil transport to deliver my goods.

        Sri Kumaran Industries — Not received goods

        I had ordered a chair from Sri Kumaran Industries on Jan 28th. I was told the chair was Rs 3,600 and it would cost Rs 550 to send it by transport to Agra. It would be delivered within 10 days. I paid for the chair and the transport in FULL on Jan 30th. After 20 days, I have still not received the chair. Every time I call Sri Kumaran Industries, I am asked to call someone else, who asks me to call someone else, and so on. Since Feb 4th, I am promised that the chair will be delivered in a day or two. I have requested Sri Kumaran Industries to refund my money, but they refused to do so.

        Courier Delay

        Sir,

        We have not received courier within date. every time so late our concern person deposit courier in date 26.05.2016 Doc.No-3847506 from Baramati to aurangabad but till date not received.

          Dear sir,
          Our principal hero moto corp ltd. Has booked one vor consignment as a urgent on 30/7/2011 & same has delivered on 9/8/2011 (I. E. After 10 days). After our enqiury it has been observed that your sangli branch has shown the delivery of said consmt on 1/8/2011 which is totally fake information. Even we have confirmed the same on your website.
          You requested to pl. Look in to the matter & inform to concern to avoid the same.
