Tekify Global — Laptop Bag not received

I had ordered HP pavilion notebook ab029tx from Paytm on 7thAugust with invoice no.40876/[protected].HP authorized seller Tekify Globol sent me the laptop but didn't sent the laptop bag. HP always sales laptop with laptop bag.they give it dealer or distributor for customer but they had keep it to sales personally . Its scam by the dealer.
