[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid Mobile - Mumbai — Amount deducted | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is to inform you that i have a prepaid mobile connection of vodafone for +[protected]. With regret to say that i have recharge of rs. 27/- for internet browsing & also that i have received sms from vodafone for activate internet service. The company has permitted downloading 175 mb to access the net for the validity for one month. After activated internet the vodafone have deducted my balance for rs. 177/- for internet browsing. Videocon prepaid mobile — amount deducted
hellothis is my complaint no. 37440452 date[protected].
problem is that videocon deduct my amount 45 rs. from my balance for caller tune. which i have never needed .
and a was suffering to get back this amount .but executive not responding properly. i have already complaint about videocaon againt Customer forum for mental harassment to me. and also plain to go to case againt the company.
Please help
