I purchased plot no 734 in rose city phase ii project in village pingori, taluka purandar, district pune measuring area about 2519sq. Ft in 2012. Regarding agreement was made on 27th of june 2012 between co (Represented by md - devidas gobindram sajnani) & me under the scheme plan at the price of rs 150/sq. Ft. While we are entering in the agreement ramesh agicha was the pune zonal manager who aware me about the project & committed to allot na plot (Na process will complete within 2years committment) within 4 years (As emi will be for 4 years). Lot of time i visited the project but no progress seen hence i mailed compony to regarding stoppage of emi pay after two year installment paid which is discussed with zonal manager. They everytime told that they will complete the process by 2020. But now no one is responding, even phone contact also not reachable ([protected], [protected], [protected]). Now i completely realized that its fraud. Now i want to get back my money atleast (Till date i have paid more than 2 lac rs) consider this as a complaint against said company. I want to file fir against co, is there anyone who will guide me to proceed for the same. Or if there is any whatsapp grp please add me so that we will take action. My mobile no is [protected]

Ungalow plot project and 100% assured buy back schemes. Having its registered office at, 201, 202 parasmani tower naigaon peth lane near dadar station dadar east mumbai – 400014. Mr devidas sajnani (Md) mr keshav iddya (Joint md). This company sells proposed n. A land project with receiving 20% booking amount on plot value and balance igive 48 months installments. Its all details is furnished as below:-

1. Name of project rose city
2. Name of plot hplder with adfdress - - smt vanita sanjay deshmukh wife of sanjay maruti deshmukh, s. No - 94/2b/2 ground floor tarvade vasti mhomadwadi, hadapsar pune
3. Plot no - rc-732, rc-i (Pingori), area - 1938 sq ft
4. Rate - rs.4522/- p. M, total instalments -48, rate - rs. 140/- per sq ft.
5. Discount (20%) of total plot price= rs.
Total amount invested - rs.,[protected]/-
7. Date of agrement done - 16 jan 2012.
8. It is there fore requested to take matter to solve & save my money.

I, Mrs. Sunanda Narayan Bhat has invested Rs. 250000/= in your company with an agreement where you gave post dated cheques as interest payments and the total principal amount to mature on 8th Nov. 2016.

To my surprise your cheques are returned by the bank due to lack of balance and this appears to be a case of fraud.

I being a woman and senior citizen, you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful immediately

I have purchased two plots in Rose City Phase VI such as No 119 and 173 at Village Pingori near Purandhar and Rs 4 Lacs has already been paid as down payment and EMI till January 2017. I also visited the plot location in Dec 2016 and found that there is nothing exist as produced during the initial visit by the Agent. After that I was visited the Pune based Office in Dec 2016 at MG Road Pune Camp. The official named Mr Sunny was assured me that the progress is slow but sure that the plot is being handed over to all​ concerned by 2020 since progress is slow

Today I came to know that this company is closed now.
I have purchase plot in Rose City Phase V three years back.
My plot no is RC-V-682
Please help me to get my hard earned money from temple rose.
Currently I'm in Netherlands and feeling helpless.
Please let me know how to submit complaint from outside country.

I/we Vaibhav Vishwakarma Writing this complaint on behalf of myself and my team. This Complaint is against Dadar Based Real Estate Company Named Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt Ltd. Dealing in Proposed N.A Bungalow Plot Project And 100% Assured Buy Back Schemes. This Company sells Proposed N.A Land Project With Receiving 20% Booking Amount On Plot Value and Balance They Give 36/48/60 Months Installments. Secondly this firm had assured to investors their money would double and give them land papers and as a form of Surety. It has Been Functioning since 2007 and launched four separate Schemes Buyback, Income Growth Plan, Guaranteed Double, Monthly Installments. The Firm Issue Agreement for Sale, Allotment Letter and Post Dated Cheques to the Investors. Client has to Invest money in Favor of Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt.Ltd Only There Projects are Having in Various Location Such as Neral, Sahapur, Murbad, Pune, Hyderabad Etc.
I/We were working in this above said Company From 01/01/2008, as a Sales Advisor/ mediator for Company on totally Commission Basis Which we Gets from Company Only. As We Don’t Demand Anything from Buyers.
Due to lack of management we and our clients who were invested in this Company are Facing lots of issues regarding Clients, Advisor Commission & there Commitments whatever Company had Promised regarding Development the Plot of Land, N.A ( Non-Agriculture), Clients Registration, infrastructure Development, buyback scheme plans and Advisors Commission but company had failed to fulfill all the Commitments on given time to our clients and Advisors.
As per the company’s circular (Request Letter) they are unable to pay the Quarterly buyback Dues and Maturity Payments in time and taken Decision to Stop the Benefits from day of 31st March 2016.and to refund the principal amount of all the clients due to slack market conditions, Financial Crises and due to delay in getting NA Sanction in different Projects, the company’s fund is blocked.
Due to all these situations the Buyers money is stuck in this company and we are facing lot of issues from buyers. Iam not responsible for any kind of transaction done with temple rose as we were working as a mediator/ Advisor. As buyers payments had done with templerose and buyers had Received all Kind of Documents from Company Pertaining to Property
We are ready to support our clients/ Buyers but we we are not getting any genuine response of calls Emails Messages Personal Visit to company after waiting so long to meet to Sajnani we are hearing since one years from Mr. sajnani he says every time the things will be sorted out and company will get out from all this but still we are not get any kind of solutions. its an Humble Request to please do the Needful as Earliest.

I bought Plot (plot#582) in Rose City Ph1 Pingori Village in the year-2013.
Till now there have not been any progress of work at the site. When I visited their office recently, they had asked me to give them handwritten letter stating that " I (Kumar Sambhav) am stopping the payment of EMIs and the EMI posted dated cheques taken by temple rose from me would not be deposited to the bank until the Pingori Village RoseCity Project get NA status. And, the remaining amount needs to be paid after they get the NA approval". They even don't have any information about my Post Dated Cheques that I have given them. I have paid them a lot of money under plot purchase EMI scheme. They had mentioned in the agreement that the Project will take 4 years to complete with NA status and the 4 years timeline is going to be over by the end of 2017 and looking at the current situation, it will never happen that they will get NA and complete the project.
The official at the office said they will need one more year to complete the project!
I recently came to know that there have been news in media about Temple Rose Scam and I am in a shock.
I also read the blog post by Mr. Vijay Kumbhar, RTI activist and I really want to stand against the temple rose scammers. They cheated me and everyone of their customers on their hard earned money. I invested in their project thinking that I would own a piece of Land for my dream home but they just duped me.
They are criminals and play with the emotions and future of their customers. Temple rose scammers must be punished hard so that people like this get a strong lesson before they think of doing such act.

I want this forum to formally consider this write-up as my complaint against Temple Rose and kindly help and guide me to get my money back and punish the culprits! I want to hear from Temple Rose senior officials about the status of the Rose city Project and what are they doing to return the money.

Dear Friends, we have all lost money to Temple Rose. Everytime we go there for inquiries we get vague and false stories/assurances I've had enough. I think its time to unite and support EOW who can fight for us. Can we form a forum and meet up and work out something . If anyone of you has any good influence or ideas or suggestions or knowledge how to go about let us start it before its to late. We should also rope in the agents because they know many facts about Temple rose. If they do not join us we will give their details to the EOW. whatsapp [protected] (temple rose fraud ) LETS DO IT or CRY OVER IT.

I had invested 1, 72, 000 in Lake View Phase 1 project on June 2015 and they said it will complete the project within 3 years and now it has been 1 and half year completed but still their is not a single work is done.
Now they are saying we will start the work of internal road and that too not confirmed.
So please suggest me how to get my money back.

I have invested 50000 in the year 2013 and was committed that a quarterly interest of rs 2500 would be received. However i have not received the interest since feb 2016. I have tried calling them, lodged an inquiry on their website as well as emailed them however i have not received any response from them.

This is not correct from their side they have cheated us and now i want my money back which i have invested. I have got the official certificate which i have received from them which states the no. O[censored]nits allocated and per share value.

Having trust on consumer forum... Have lodged a complaint against them... Please assist.

I invested Rs 1 lack in unit link plan an according to tht plan I should get quarterly 5thousand as intrst. And I should get the interest frm Jan 2016 onwards but I didn't get any of it.
I Called the sales executive MR BRIJESH a couple of times but he didn't rply at all. And I went over the pune office but no1 responded to my queries and I also ranged at Mumbai office but they didn't even hear my queries This Company is a fraud

I have invested around 7 lakhs in Rose Mountain Range phase-2 project. The company claims that it has got N.A sanctioned for the same and asked us to pay all the installments for the land. They promised us that once the installments gets completed they would grant us the registration by june-july but now they say it would take another year or so to get the land registered on our names. I seriously feel fishy about this company. The company is a big fraud .

I had invested in Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt Ltd.Jejuri Rose City phase 6 project in 2013 on buy back policies and we were issued PDC cheques on quarterly basis till Until September 2015 the cheques were being honored. After that cheques were getting bounced for lack of funds.After reaching their Pune - Camp office its been told money will be transferred to your account via NEFT but still no amount has been credited to my account from last 1 year from company also there is no response from Temple rose staff. Still giving false promises that amount would be transferred. they just say that NA has not been done and will be done in a months time. as nothing has been done by them for so long and also they have not compensated me with any kind, i feel i am cheated by investing in their Rose City Jejuri 6 phase project.

I have invested 1.5 lakhs for na polt and deposited further 1.5 lakhs for buy back scheme at temple rose real estate.

As per above said scheme company iw pay every month as interst of rs 3000/- appx. And along with my invested princial amt too.

But from last one year i count not getting any interest amt form company i despite of that they wont ready to pay my principal amt too
