The Chennai Mobiles — Ro report not working
Username [protected] not working in ro report we are buy a sony ultra(27000rs) mobile on chenni mobile they put insurance in 2 years with appdaily insurance. it cost is more than 3000.my mobile display damaged one day i asked to chenni moble in hops collage coimbatore they told me we register you mobile in clime process and pay 1500 in online we also payed that money after 15 they send a box for get back to the mobile.we are send the mobile in fedex parcel service. they take more than 2 month but they not respond me. i ask to chenni mobile they told me mobile come with one week. after i get a message from appdaily mobile spar not available kindly repair it in sony service center. again i asked to chenni mobile they told me ok we will service and return your mobile.but now he told me you only pay and get back the money. why i pay the money? then why am put insurance to mobile. Now the chenni mobile only respond my mobile.
I asked for the bill from the showroom I bought from because I lost mine and I wanted the bill for claiming warranty. They just simply refused saying that they didn't have the records and that they can't retrieve bill from 6months or more
I buy a Nokia 3.1 mobile from Palakkad Stadium road Sultanpet Chennai Mobiles showroom. Today the fifth day of mobile from purchased it is too much heating issue. When I asked the showroom executive he said it is due to the updation issue you need to update the software. Is that a new mobile heat when its not been updated. How it is possible they are responding very negatively. This is not first time Chennai mobiles very bad. Don't buy anything from Chennai mobiles...
