Updated by NILSAI मला अंकित तीवारीचा 8 जानेवारी 2018 ला thedealsindia.com मधुन कॉल आला. माझी माहिती घेतल्यावर कंपनीने 5 प्रॉडक्ट ठेवले आहेत बोलले. कंपनी प्रॉमोशनसाठी या 5 प्रॉडक्ट मधुन 1 तुम्हाला Confirm होत आहे. त्याच्यासाठी तुम्हाला आमच्या साईटवरुन Combo विकत घ्यावे लागेल जर आपल्याला Short Price पाहुन Satisfied होत असाल तर आपण हा पॅक विकत घेऊ शकता. त्यानंतर त्यांनी http://www.thedealsindia.com/puma8046/# ही साईट टाकून पुढे जायाला सांगितले नंतर View Assured Gifts वर Click करुन नाव, Secret Code व नंतर मोबाईल नंबर टाकुन View वर Click करायाला सांगितले. त्यावर Click केल्यानंतर 5 product open झाली त्यातील 1 आपली आहे असे सांगितले नंतर रजत शर्मा ने सांगितले आपल्याला Dell चा लॅपटॉप भेटेल तो फक्त Black color मध्येच आहे. आज जर तुम्ही आमच्या बरोबर रु. 4999 चे Combo Pack खरेदी केले तर तुम्हाला 100 टक्के गिफ्ट भेटेल. गिफ्ट आणि Combo पॅक दोन्ही तुम्हाला DTDC कुरिअर ने भेटेल. 1 वर्षाच्या Warranty Bill सह 4 ते 5 दिवसात तुमचे Combo Pack व Gift भेटेल. परंतु कंपनीने सांगितल्याप्रमाणे Gift तर दिले नाही परंतु जे पाठविले आले ते खुप हलक्या Quality चे पाठविले व पांढरा शुज सांगितला तेथे निळा दिला. M5 Card Mobile Phone देणार होते तेथे M2 Card Mobile Phone दिला Gift देणार होते ते तर दिलेच नाही. आता ह्या वस्तु बदलुन देतो सांगतात. Refund होणार नाही पैसे आता सांगतात. म्हणजे सर्व त्यांची मनमानी चालली आहे. वस्तु बदलुन घ्यायच्या ठरले तरी मुंबई वरुन पुन्हा दिल्लीला पाठविण्यासाठी साधारण: रु. 500 खर्च येणार पुन्हा त्यांनी त्याच वस्तु पाठविल्या तर पुन्हा तेच करत बसणार का आम्ही. दिलेल्या शब्द पाळत नाहीत. गरिब लोकांची दिशाभुल करुन त्यांकडून पैसे उकळण्याचे काम सुरु आहे. जी वाटतील ती आश्वासने देतात व ती जेव्हा पाळायाची वेळ येते तेव्हा ती पाळली जात नाहित. thedealsindia.com बरोबर झालेले सर्व संभाषण माझ्याकडे Record करुन ठेवलेले आहे त्या आधारे कंपनीवर कायदेशीर कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी.

I have made one complain on 28/11/17 before you but till this date I did not receive any positive or lawful reply from your end. Please make initiative into the matter or I shall file my complain before Consumer Court for redress and necessary evidences are kept in my hand.

Till today they are not updating any els.
they are also supping lower quality and lower pricing product. i have also inquired in LOTO brand distributor the local dealer also give me all item only 1500/Rs.
The deals India Cheat with customer using high pricing value of items when you have see actual product then it is different to actual product cost wise.
in short they are layering with customer I have requested to you pl. try to stop said company's selling to customer. they are giving promise also falls.
