Its been close to 2 months this fraud company cheated me and i made 100's of calls, wrote mail but no use.

Now i have registed compain in http://consumerhelpline.gov.in and i have sent notice to this fraud company.

Dear fraud company trust me i will not leave you guys until i get my money back. Till that i try to bring awareness to the people from not being cheated by you guys.

Dear users if you are facing same problem then register in http://consumerhelpline.gov.in, get the reference no. Send legal notice to them with the complaint no. Give 15 days time for refund orelse we can file legal civil case on them.

Trust me just calling them and requesting to refund will not work.

If anybody want to join me send mail to [protected]@gmail.com, will fight together and we should not let this fraud company make business at all.

I got a call from vicky on 19th Sep saying I won weekly contest and I will be eligible for Lenovo laptop. I was skeptical about it but that guy sweared on his mother all saying I will get assured gift(i.e Laptop) for that I need to buy combo pack which will cost 5999/-. He said I will get Laptop along with the combo and sweared about it again and again. As I was still not convinced so he said I can return it if I don’t like it. And even I saw return policies and decide as its less risky as I can return it if I don’t get laptop. I paid 5999/- hoping I will get what was promised to me. After 5 days I got the parcel from them and there was no laptop but a local, nameless smart watch worth of 500/-. When I called Vicky back he said it is delayed because I won not only weekly contest and also yearly contest where I will get i20. Still trying to make fool out of me. Then I realized how crappy they are.
Now I’m asking to refund but they started to show their real face. Not responding to calls, making others to pick call and say he is meeting where as I can hear his voice.
Today he connected me with his Senior Asish who is saying the assured gift is smart watch not laptop. I have all call recordings of Vicky swearing that I will get laptop none other.
This fraud people not telling me how to return and get my money back.
Note: People who is checking consumer complaints to decide whether to buy or not, advice for you. PLEASE DON’T BUY NO MATTER ON WHO THE GUY SWEARS ON. These are the cheapest people will do anything to steal money from you. Worst part is they are using SBI brand as selling point. I don’t know what SBI people have to say about this fake company as they are spoiling their brand.
I request consumer complaint to take action and help me to get my money back.

I have got a call from[protected]Ms.Priyanka, not sure of date) and told that I have been selected for combo offer from The DealsIndia.com and will get the product like 1 pair of shoe, watch, sunglasses, T-shirt and assured gift of dell laptop and said that company is not giving advertisement on TV or media and saving the same money and able to give Dell laptop to selected customers and also assured that if you don't like these products you can return the product and will refund the amount.Hence as they told I paid 4, 499/- SBI Reference no.'DU54579899'. After 7 days I received combo T-shirt, Shoes, sunglasses, watches but laptop was not there. I refused to accept . I called Ms.Priyanka and informed the same but she kept saying that I'll recieve laptop after 2-3 days.After 2 days when I called her and asked for refund money, but she connected the call with one more person called Uday, he said it cannot be refunded after 6 days(Note:It took 7 working days to reach me) of dispatch but these were not told to me before.They just told I can return if I don't like but they never agreed for product return.

After a gap of 2-3 weeks I received a call from[protected]Mr.Rahul)(date-30/09/2016) .He assured me that laptop which is supposed to be delivered before is locked because my name is nominated for second contest hence I have to pay 10, 000/- and remaining 10, 000/- will be paid from company side to release the laptop, he also assured that laptop is in my area (Bengaluru) and I'll receive within a single day if I pay 10, 000/- . He kept calling again and again and assured me in such a way that within single day he will release my laptop, I believed and paid 10, 000/- He also promised that if I won't get laptop then he will refund 4, 499(1st time purchase)+10, 000 = 14, 499/- total amount immediately. Next fine day I received a call from[protected]Mr.Rohith)he started telling me that they have started to provide car prize worth 08 Lakhs (Hyundai i20)and promoting our company in your city .But you have to pay Rs 20000.Then I called back to Mr.Rahul and told him regarding this but he also said to nominate for that but I didn't accept for that and he told no need to worry and assured me that I'll get laptop on Monday(3/10/2016). On Monday I waited but didnt get laptop and when I called Mr.Rahul he is telling me to nominate and asking me to pay 20, 000 or else I'll not receive laptop.I got irritated and shouted on him to refund money and he agreed to refund on wednesday(5/10/2016).When I called on wednesday(5/10/2016) and asked Mr.Rahul for refund, he started telling lie that he never committed for refund and telling me either pay 20000 and nominate or else will despatch 10000/- worth product which was not required for me. I can't able to believe the way he lied...

This one really a fake company..

Kindly help me in getting refund amount(14, 499/-) back or the Dell laptop they assured...

This is the most f#cking company i have never seen in my life, they have stolen more than 8 lakhs rupees from me for the four wheeler contest. rakesh, ashish, anooj, rajeev all are cheaters. i have lost my life by believing these guys.they always call and ask me money for security deposit, event charges, nominee charges, tax charges. they take money step by step like u have to pay 40, 000/-rs for nominee, 60, 000/- rupees for security, like that totally i paid 8 lakh rupees, i borrowed so much money from my friends, colleagues. i lost everything,
they sent me some useless products and cheap quality products. for the security amount i paid 4 lakh rupees, as they said it's refund amount, they sent messages from SBI bank like " pay 64, 0000 to receive from Deels on doors pvt ltd". i don't know how SBI bank is sending such messages for this cheating company, i am going to raise consumer complaint against this company, this company should be seized and all the employees of this should be punished, because they are playing the life's of innocent people with cheating promises. i won't leave them, i'll show them the power of common man. please take immediate action on this, as they are continuing this cheating process for life time if we don't stop them.please kill all of them and save rest of the customers.. i lost everything in my life. my life has changed because of this company.. kill them f#ck them...

Very worst fraud companies, I never come across in my life. They are starting their play by coming up with some combo offer deal then slowly they ll grab us to i20 car deal and they will swallow the money like anything and they will provide veryyyyyyy lowwwww quality products. U can find few executives like Rakesh, Ashis, Neha, Meera, Abishek, e.tc. List will go on like anything. All are trained professionals in cheating. So try to seal the companies and take necessary actions on all those professionals of those companies. I request others not to invest and got trapped in their cheating net.

On 7th of September I received a call from this website. They said that I have been selected for a special prize if I buy a puma combo offer constituting a bag, shoe, T-shirt, shorts worth rs 5299. If I do that then I will get an assured gift among a Panasonic led TV, dell laptop, ganesha pendant, i-phone 5s and a smart watch. Moreover they told I have won the dell laptop gift. It was quite interesting offer so I instantly bought the product. But after that the problem started. I read so many complaints about the website. I in fact read about this company how the further cheats the customers by assuring them that they had further won an i-20 car for that they have to pay 20000 rs and then again after some times asking for another 50000 and so on. I immediately called the company and asked for a refund. I talked to one of the senior officials named Uday [protected]. He promised if I do not receive the product within 7 days he will instantly refund without questioning anything. On 14th I received the parcel but the parcel contained a smart watch whose market price is around 500 and some other goodies with puma logo. The quality of the product is very inferior. It is clearly a fake product which will cost at max 1500 rs + 500 rs watch. For that he charged 5299. I immediately want the promised laptop and if you can't provide that then refund the money. If this website do not take any action for this. I will take some serious step. I have the recordings for all the phone calls. And i can take legal action as i have all the proofs of what you said.

Thedealsindia.com is a BIG FRAUD shopping site. This company did fraud with me of rupees 1.75 lakhs. They did same process with me they doing from others people and said you won 32inch Panasonic LCD TV for clamming they told buy a Lotto combo for Rs.4999, but I purchase other items at same value. After paying the money that they promise me to send TV and other item in the same day. But they cheated me. After that they call me and said the...

I have book a Lotto Combo pack on 11th August 2016 for an amount of Rs. 4, 499/- and I have received the product on 26.08.2016. The quality of the products are very low. In this regard I have log so many compaint to your website and your maild ID and your excutives are not responding properly. Hence you are requested to kinly return back the items and credit the amount to my accounts.

I got call from the executive of thedealsindis.com on 31st Aug 2016 and he told a big story of their promotional offers as a startup company.

He asked me to buy a Lotto combo for RS5299 to get a assured gift of Dell laptop/Vacuum cleaner as per my city PIN Code and the Ranking. I was tempted for their offer of Vacuum cleaner and purchased the combo for after a long discussion. After the I called many times to get the products and they assured me i will get my product and i can trust them since they have SBI collect gateway and they are registered company. Then I spoke with the executives for assured gift of Vacuum cleaner and Now they are asking to purchase another RS20, 000 to get my assured gift as they promoted my name for I20 Car contest. I clearly explained I cannot purchase and requested to send vacuum cleaner/ to return my money for which they said i will not get my money back nor the gift they promissed. They are playing games with the customers and their money.

They have taken my 6.12 lakhs in sake of giving prizes ... now again they still want more 60k's more, i have struggled a lot with my parents for claiming the prize uptill now ... I got call from thedealsindia.com and told by them that you won laptop and agree to pay. As soon as rs.4499/- deducted mr. Udai yadav called and said to me that you have been selected for first prize car winner.
I was surprised and happy but when he asked me to pay rs.20000/- for registration i immediately denied.
|he again called me and said listen don't worry u need not pay you have to just register.
For he convinced me that he will just generate a file which will show payment failue and ur registration will be done
Many times i told i am not in the position to pay but he told me no there will not deduction of single pie and i said ok if no deduction u can register but instantly amount deducted. Since then i am asking and complaining to refund the amount, but no authentic response yet received from their side.

They call me and said you won 32inch panasonic LCD tv. For claming they told buy levis combo proice 6, 999rs.I purcase this combo. They send me comnbo but tv is not there..They promise me to send tv and combo in the same box. But they cheatme..After that they call me and said you won I20 car so they not send the Tv..and said send 20, 000 rs to claim the car prise and after that they send me tv.please don't trust them. They all FRAUD.
