My policy number 141200/48/2019/19959 and claim no 19920200 this claim approved but many rupees by deducted tpa high amount 5262 rs so reopen my claim this problem regarding i have send mail date 27/7/19:10:58pm and his reply no 8043270 but this tpa service is very poor and bad so help me. I have send mail this company attached policy copy claim approved letter and obc mediclaim policy rules copy
