For the confusion related to the 'Points in review' section, a few days back you proudly informed us through a mail that after the review period of 3-6 weeks our earned points will start showing in the redemption section, but If I'm checking, you haven't even cleared the points for my survey completed in April, and it's still in the 'Points in review' section and not available for redemption. Unable to redeem accumulated points

I have been a member of TPS for almost 5 month and have previously been able to redeem my points using my "date of birth 07/30/1995" as a requirement to redeem points however for the past month to date when I try to redeem my points with my accurate date of birth (07/30/1995) I get an error message saying "Enter a valid date of birth" and my date of birth is correct and the same as date of birth I submitted on my registration form when I...

Survey complete but no points received

Today on 02.11.2020 I completed 2 Surveys but no points received in my Panel Station Account.
Survey Id : 116208 for 470 points
Survey Id : 118924 for 525 points

Please do check and credit the points into my account....

account blocked for no reason

Panel station has recently blocked my account for no reason. I had completed so many surveys and had so many to redeem, but they blocked the account. Even all of my friends' accounts has been blocked by them at the same time for no reason.. This can't be a coincidence.. So clearly they are blocking people's accounts so that they wouldn't have to pay us for our hard earned surveys.. Some action must be taken against this.. My email id associated:...

I cannot redeem my points; every time I Try the system kick me out, on the Redemption Options I select the voucher and the points I was to redeem and process to Mobile Verification, my Mobile number is already type in and then I Click on Missed Call then The System gives this message "your session has expired. Please Re-login and try again" and when I do so it gives the same message, can you please assist.

        Every time when I am going to start my survey it get failed after fill real or genuine details, I am attend 100 survey but it failed everytime . They are ban or block my my account without any reason and there redeem process is also slow. Complete my all surveys as soon as possible.

              There are 2300 points in review. This panel send fake surveys. The points in review are still under review since two months. This fraud survey panel claims that points under review will be added after six weeks. Two months have already completed.

              Ban this channel.

                I'm so disappointed with panel station, infact their service is the most poorest among the survey sites I have known. I redeemed my points for over a month now and I haven't recieved my voucher; I have been enquiring and complaining about this issue for sometime now and all they do is giving me few days and close my ticket without resolving an issue. Not to mention the time they take reviewing points, this is the worst panel of them all!!!

                  Every time when I take the surveys which displays on my dashboard, after giving the details and after the completion of the surveys the only response I get is :
                  "Your response differ from our requirements ".
                  This happens every time in every survey.

                    all my new survey not success and showing the message "number of participants " after survey fill done. I fill many survey daily but not give any extra points after fill survey from panel station. Please see below attachment.

                    Dear TPS,
                    I am very sorry to say that your panel is one of the worst panel in the world. You are very worst even in resolving the complaints of your panelists. Your customer care section is the worst. Neither do you pay attention to any complaint nor do you respond to it. This is the reason why on all the review sites people have abused you whole heartedly.

                      This will be my second reminder, the first complaint was made on 20th April, 2023, but till now my amount has not been credited in my paytm !
                      The first 5000 points was enchased on[protected] & the second for 5000 points on[protected], for both the voucher code was provided by panel Station !
                      But so far the amount is not credited in my patm account !
                      Kindly resolve the problem before i lose trust in Panel Station & unsubscribe from it !
