    About the worst policy, worst customer care and the worst process.

    Dear TPS,
    I am very sorry to say that your panel is one of the worst panel in the world. You are very worst even in resolving the complaints of your panelists. Your customer care section is the worst. Neither do you pay attention to any complaint nor do you respond to it. This is the reason why on all the review sites people have abused you whole heartedly.
    1. My 2515 points are lying under review since 6 months and 555 points...

    Whenever I try to login my account it say contact our helpdesk to your status and I already have done this but nothing happens so resolve my query asap

        Iam not able to redeem my points. It is showing enter a valid Date Of Birth. Kindly help me to solve this problem. Otherwise send me my registered date of birth.

          Two times i have put 5000 points for redemption, for one on the redemption history voucher code is mentioned and expiry date is mentioned. And the of redemption is[protected].
          Another 5000 points for redemption was done on[protected], for that voucher code is not mentioned nor expiry date!
          Please sort out the issue and deposit the amount in my paytm account!

              Every time when I take the surveys which displays on my dashboard, after giving the details and after the completion of the surveys the only response I get is :
              "Your response differ from our requirements ".
              This happens every time in every survey.

                  Everytime I begin to attempt the survey, after answering the basic questions, it shows me the below error message, I do not know how to proceed as it doesn't let me

                        I'm trying to redeem my points (21/01/2023) but when i went to redemption page and tried to redeem my points it start showing "Mobile number should be less than 0 characters" this message and I have also attached the screen shot of my problem. I will try after some day again if the same situation appeared in front of me then I have to file a lawsuit against your company.
